Dr. MD is a conscientious dentist who really cares about the quality of the her work. She is very personable and puts an emphasis herself on customer service like no other dentist I’ve ever seen. I also appreciate the well-rounded nature of the practice where they have the best technology available while being well educated in the holistic nature of dentistry and how it connects to whole body. Exceptional dentist!!! I came in as a new patient wanting to get a defective metal filling removed and I was treated with incredible respect and kindness. The establishment is very professional and Dr. Shane explained everything and educated me on the procedure, which took a lot of the anxiety away. She took her time with me answering all my questions and treated me like she cared about me as a person, not just another patient she had to check off the box to see. She is genuinely passionate about what she does and out of this world knowledgeable as a dentist!

Dr. Howard Shayne are kind, caring experts in their field and I always receive excellent care. My children and I first started receiving dental care at Fox Grape Family Dentistry in January, 1994. My kids are all grown-up and I have moved out of state, but I drive 1400 miles round trip so I can continue to receive my dental care at Fox Grape Family Dentistry.

Best dental services I have ever had, by far. Dental assistant, Kelly was very thorough and helpful. Dr. Mary Lynn Shayne has my full confidence, took time to address all issues and potential issues. I had a very thorough and thoughtful exam and she and Kelly both took time to give detailed explanations. On the technical side, this office is state of the art and offers cutting edge restorative treatment options.
At this initial appointment, in addition to a thorough assessment, I had an exam by Dental Hygienist, Marci. She was really engaged and gave thoughtful and thorough information about my dental health.

I had a broken tooth that had been infected. I needed help, immediate attention my regular dentist couldn’t attend to. I had other medical issues that couldn’t be addressed until the infection and tooth was repaired. To my amazement Fox Grape took me in straight away, they made time for me, and fixed me up immediately. Dr. H and his staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. H loves his job and it shows. They also invest in great technology. Despite living an hours drive away, my wife and I have now made Fox Grape our family dentist. It’s well worth the drive. Thank you Fox Grape!!

I cracked my tooth last night and immediately called Fox Grape. It wasn’t an emergency but I left a message on the general mailbox and just went to sleep. The next morning, I was contacted by one of the LOVELY ladies up front who immediately offered to get me in same day and even went so far as to ask the wonderful Dr. ML if she had any openings at 7am for any day coming up. I took the 2pm spot for today and was so happy to get in as it was starting to bother me a little bit, but still not urgent. I think though if I would have waited, I could have lost a tooth. I am so grateful for Dr. ML and Dr. H and of course the rest of the Fox Grape staff. I have horrible dental anxiety and I’ve gone to her for years. I won’t change. Says a lot about a dentist who stays past closing to take care of you. Thank you all so much for your help today.

Had my routine 6-month cleaning today and my son did yesterday. Extremely personable hygienist who does excellent work got us both in and out very efficiently, but she still had time for some nice conversation. I think this is my 22nd year going to Fox Grape and I’ve only had 2 different hygienists, both of whom have been excellent at their profession!
