This office scared us into dental surgery and crowns for my toddler. The crowns kept falling off and eventually the dentist told us to just leave them off. The teeth abscessed and we were told that my child would never speak correctly and would have eating problems if they were not removed a bridge put in place. The bridge never fit correctly despite being reworked. We made the decision to do away with the bridge altogether and five years later my child's mouth is just fine. However, to this day we must sedate my child to see a dentist, she was so traumatized by the dentists at Smile Zone.

The staff here are always very kind and patient. I have LOTS of questions about my kids dental health and they always take the time to answer them all and never make me feel like i'm a bother. Highly recommend them!

Love this kid friendly dentist office! Both my kids enjoy coming and playing with the toys and watching shows during their exam. And always look forward to the prizes and snacks .

The staff seem nice enough , that wears off quickys in to talking about you and laughing at children in pain and scared !! My daughter was seen , held down ,and screamed at the top of her lungs for them to stop due to the extreme amount of pain she was in . I was told i needed to calm down she would be fine and i needed to wait in the waiting room . I actually had to force my way back to find my daughter and make them stop . Needless to say smilezone is not what it's cracked up to be

My child went and had his cavities filled. We spent around 1000.00. Took him today after only a few months because I noticied he had a hole in his tooth. They had dug so deep into his teeth that the regular doctor would not fix. We were talked to horribly like we were bad parents because I didnt alway floss my 3 years old mouth. Extremely disappointed

Smile zone is the only place in Springfield I would take my son. Dr. Hudkins and her staff are amazing with children. After moving to Arkansas I commuted back and forth just to take my son to Dr. Hudkins for over a year.

Bentley and I came for fillings and they where so thurough and awesome with him!! Definitely an amazing place to bring kiddos. Not to mention they have an amazing waiting room and friendly staff!! 🦷 we will continue to come here!
