Friendly staff and great service. I've been going to Alpine for six years now. I've never once had an issue. They've helped me a few times when I had to reschedule last minute due to travel. I highly recommend them.

My husband has seen dr. Smith since he was a child. When we had children he insisted that they go to his practice. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. My children love going to the dentist.

Let's be honest, no one enjoys going to the dentist. Dr. Jenny and her calming staff took away my nervousness and put my mind at ease right away. Don't put off taking care of your teeth, go visit Dr. Jenny- her warm staff and tranquil office will almost make you feel like you're sitting on your couch at home.

Dr. Ellis and Dr. Smith are both outstanding dentist with an impeccable talent. Dr. Ellis helped me understand each step of my exam, taking time to explain what she looks for in good oral health. My girls were terrified of the dentist prior to coming to Alpine dental. However, with the comfort Dr. Ellis provides, both of my girls (1&3) were able to enjoy their entire appointments, allowing Dr. Ellis and Ashley to fully clean and examine their teeth. My husband has had bad headaches for years. With the help and knowledge of Dr. Smith, by husband has started using a retainer and his headaches have stopped. I can't recommend Alpine dental enough.

While I was waiting for my appointment the woman before me was told that her appointment changed to a different day about 10 minutes before her appointment, then the same event happened to me. When I finally got in on another day, I came out feeling the same pain I had before and decided to wait for the pain to subside for two weeks before scheduling a follow up. While I was at the follow up I was only reassured that the dentist did not make any mistakes and without the anyone actually looking at my teeth again. It has been 6 months, still in pain, and looking for a new dentist.

5 stars isn’t enough for these folks. I give them 5 more on top of that. I was in the ER last night with really bad jaw pain, and after a couple of wrong referrals and no’s I was pointed in this direction. I called and explained my situation and instead of “no we don’t take your insurance” it was “you’re in pain, let me talk to Dr. Smith to see if he can maybe recommend some help”. 5 minutes later I get a phone call, “can you make it here soon?”. I was greeted by kind and friendly faces. Dr. Smith knew very well there was a chance my current insurance was a no go but his biggest concern was for my pain. I was in right away and he came and saw me quickly. He listened very intently and with more empathy than the ER doc. He was very gentle when he examined my jaw and was very careful not to cause me unnecessary pain. He fitted me with something to help, gave me advice on some home remedies, and told me if it didn’t work he wanted to hear about it. He took the time to find the source of the pain and get to know the story before he rushed into treatment. His assistant would keep me company and when she had to step out other assistants would pop in and make sure I was doing ok. Nobody cared about payment or insurance, just my pain. So much kindness!! This place is amazing!! If I ever do get the right insurance this place would forever have my business and it will forever have my recommendation. Thank you guys! You were so caring and helpful!! A solid 10!!
