Hays Dental Group

I was fortunate enough to work with Doctor Max and his team at Hays Dental. I spent years longing for veneers, but was always concerned about the ability of someone in a smaller city such as Bozeman to have the experience to do the job. I planned on doing my veneers in LA or NYC, but a flight anxiety always kept me from following through. Finally I read enough about Hays and decided to pull the trigger. I can say emphatically that not only did they do a terrific job, but that their customer service was absolutely top notch. From TVs above the chairs to help distract you, to friendly and exceedingly competent hygienists and staff, to an incredibly responsive team that can help with unexpected issues, they were above and beyond. My temporary veneers (which are prone to breaking) had issues a few times when I didn't treat them as carefully as I should, and both times they scheduled a repair within 1-2 hours of my phone call. Considering many dental appointments are made months in advance, it was fairly remarkable. Doctor Max was a legitimately solid dude, and treated me as a friend, not as a patient. That is important, but much more important was his competency. I would rather have a rude doctor than a bad doctor. He was a caring and tender workman when he was dealing with a lot of teeth that could have caused a lot of pain, no matter how strange that sounds. I am waiting until March to take my final before and after photos, but I will attach a before photo, as well as a photo with my temporary veneers below. I will say that my permanent teeth look very similar to the photos you see below.

I love my dentist he is the best! Dr.Max Wasserberger is a true professional who genuinely cares about his patients. He gave me back my smile. Everyone here makes you instantly relax. I love the staff they are fantastic@

Called to get an estimate for what I needed done and after they gave me a reasonable quote I scheduled an appointment with them. After all the work was done they stuck me with a bill that was almost double the quote and basically told me to deal with it. If they had been honest about the cost I would have called around about options. Really shady quoting me on only half of what I called about saying I needed. I will say the dentist and the staff were great, but they will more or less lie about their costs to you.

Hays has always taken exceptional care of our family, with more than fair guarantees on their work.
Our hygienist is fantastic. I would tell you her name but then you all would ask for her & I may have trouble making an appointment for myself. ;-)

HAYS Dental is the best dental in Gallatin Valley! They’re always nice, great communication, knowledgeable, and great attention to detail when working on your teeth. They won’t let you leave until you’re satisfied and want you to come back if you have any problems.

I have been going to Hays dental group since 2005 and I won’t go anywhere else. I fully trust them and they have done a lot for me. I used to be terrified of the dentist and had to take Valium. I don’t anymore and feel completely comfortable with them. Thanks for everything you all have done for me!!!

My visit today was excellent. All the staff are expert, and my hygienist does excellent work. I wouldn't go to any other dental practice.

Really great staff, super knowledgeable, and provide excellent dental care! They're very good about educating their patients and helping you prioritize a treatment plan on any budget. Plus, I'd rate any dental practice a 5 if the dental assistants are willing to have a David Bowie singalong while my cavities are getting filled.

I absolutely love Hays Dental group! Dr. Schwieterman is a fantastic dentist. I always leave happy with any questions answered. The front office staff is always friendly and welcoming. Would recommend, and do, to anyone I know.
