I was afraid I was going to walk out disappointed. But they did everything possible to not only make it affordable but have everything I needed fixed complete before my son's wedding in three weeks.. They cared about how important it was for me to have a photo worthy smile within 3 weeks. That meant everything to me! I still have work to go on the lowers but they completely understood the urgent need for me to just focus on the upper plate at this time.

I was very pleased with all facets of my experience at Aspen Dental on 27th St in Lincoln, especially the incredibly customer service focused staff! Special shout out to friendly & professional Mary in front office who was able to get me in ASAP for the service I needed. Emma, x-ray tech, was thorough & excellent at explaining the technology used for exam.
Tiffany, the hygienist, was fun, friendly and made my teeth cleaning a pleasant experience. I was very impressed by Brenly, office manager: she took the time to go over what my insurance would cover (not a lot, I'll be firing that insurance company) and suggested other insurers who provide better coverage for clients. Brenly is an exceptional young lady, this organization is fortunate to have her! I will definitely be back for my dental health needs & highly recommend this office for yours.

All of the staff was very cheerful and helpful. The office manager took time to discuss payment options and what was needed. The office was very clean and modern. I usually hate the dentist but did not feel uncomfortable here.

Ask then to submit an estimate and they take over a month and they don't reach out to inquire about the additional information requested or call me to discuss it. In the meantime, my other dentist gets a pte submitted and approved while they are still sitting on an estimate. They are ridiculous to deal with. Their system wouldn't register my accurate insurance information, even with calling insurance and verifying, having a fax of benefits they couldn't confirm so needed to submit an estimate. and then when they do that they don't even give reason so they ask for more info and they don't respond. Disappointing.

Great experience at the new Aspen in south Lincoln! The people were caring and friendly; very family like! Special thank you to the doctor for following up after the visit to ensure I was still doing well. They did a great job breaking down the financial responsibility for the patient versus the insurance payer. It created a much clearer picture of what's needed to move forward on a road to a healthier self.

I was experiencing a bad toothache from a new crown that had been recently been put on from another dental office. When I called Aspen dental they were very accompanying and had me scheduled for an appointment first thing the next morning. I want to thank Kristy, Briley, Tiffany and Dr. Nation. They were all very professional and attention to detail during my visit. Dr Nation explained in detail want needed to be done. I told Brenly, my treatment coordinator how impressed I was with my experience and that Aspen Dental is now where I'll be going for all my dental needs.

My boyfriend ended up with an abscess tooth on Sunday, I called and made an appointment for Monday. When he went to his visit on Monday at 1:30 the right side of his face was visibly swollen and he was in an extreme amount of discomfort. After being there for just about 3 hours, he comes out to the car and I ask “well what did they do, did they give you an antibiotic at minimum?” He said “no and they didn’t do anything with my teeth at all, other than take an X-ray.” As one could imagine I was shocked that they didn’t give him an antibiotic so, I called and asked to speak with the dentist. It wasn’t until I talked to him that he said “well fine I’ll send the order in since he’s swollen.” Well there was an issue with him getting the order to the pharmacy and obviously the dentist didn’t say it needed to be rushed because, the script wasn’t even ready for pick up until Tuesday. Last night my boyfriend ended up having to go to the ER because he was running a fever and the swelling doubled to the point that his eye was almost shut. Due to the negligence of this dentist so many things could of happened, including sepsis due to infection. The doctor in the ER asked why the dentist didn’t do anything with tooth during visit (it was that bad). My mom is a doctor and we have a close family friend who’s a dentist (She lives in Illinois) and she was in disbelief of the treatment he received. I would never recommend anyone going here and we will never go back! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I was looking for a new dentist and i'm so glad I chose this Aspen Dental location. The ladies at the front desk, Dr. Stetson, Alex, McKenzie, and April are extremely friendly and very accommodating!!! April went over the cost, etc. with me and went above and beyond the call of duty to make the cost of my dental procedure an amount that is comfortable for me!!! If you too are looking for a new dentist, I would start with Aspen Dental on S. 27th St. I don't believe you will be disappointed!!!
