The staff and Dr. Chang have a way of creating a calming environment in what is usually a very uncomfortable and somewhat apprehensive experience for young and old people alike. Initially everything was fine with this clinic until I got an old filling replaced. After the filling was replaced that whole side of my mouth could not be used. I expressed my concerns to the doctor only for her to tell me I must grind my teeth. I'm sorry but even if that was the case teeth grinding would not warrant me to take ibuprofen and oxy around the clock just to manage the pain. So after receiving my mouth guard I called back to try and set up another appointment and express my concern once more only for the receptionist to tell me that the doctor thinks I should go somewhere else since 'the trust was broken.' Keep in mind I was on the phone in tears from pain. I do not recommend this place simply because this situation should have never happened. I should not have been turned away because the doctor couldn't find a proper solution.
