I like the appointment system here. They aren't booked far in advance, they send plenty of reminders and you can confirm or cancel your appt by text message

They harassed me to make appointments when saying, "No, that I will call when I know my schedule." I knew my health insurance was going to be changing, so I did not want to make an appointment at that moment. Once the appointment was made (again did not want to make the appointment in the first place), then they will non-stop harass you again with phone calls and text messages, multiple times a day. The killer was they told me I had 1 cavity in the way beginning. Then later came back and changed it to two cavities when I was already finished with the appointment. I refused to go back after that mess. I went to my original dentist 6 months later (someone who has been practicing for 40+ years), no cavities! I am thankful I did not listen to those people. This place is definitely not trust-worthy!
