All the staff are professional and friendly. Dr. McNally provides clear, accessible explanations of any specific dental health concerns and the procedures for resolving them, and he’s handled any I've needed correctly the first time.

The office administration here is extremely rude and unhelpful. They will cancel major procedures last minute and put you on a waiting list for another month without explanation. I am very disappointed with the poor professionalism and lack of customer service from the office administrator. The professional dentists here are friendly and excellent doctors but unfortunately customers are greeted by those who run the office instead of the professionals that I have always respected. My experience with Dr. Sheridan has always been wonderful and he deserves a 5 star rating. The office administrator on the other hand deserves a 1 star rating. I will be looking for better customer service at my next dental office.

Marie has been both my and my husband’s hygienist for several years now. She does a thorough job cleaning and is a professional with a great personality! Just love her.
The denitists are great, up to date on the newest in dental care and make sure you get the very best! I just had crowns put on my two front teeth after an accident! They are beautiful.

Cheryl the assistant was the only good thing at all I can say about this place. She was phenomenal, however the receptionist Kathy was a nightmare, and the general service provided was atrocious. My first appointment went decently but when I went back for the second portion it was the nightmare from hell. My crown came off immediately after leaving and I had to find another dentist to fix this after waiting HOURS past my scheduled appointment time. I offered to reschedule multiple times and was told if I left they wouldn't reschedule me. Kathy yelled at me, yes yelled at me when I said that that was ridiculous and to top it all off they quoted me one price, charged my insurance and then when I was leaving (with the crown that fell off!) she lied and said my insurance didn't cover anything and I owed them more money which was almost twice what I was quoted for the whole procedure to begin with. I called my insurance company who said they couldn't understand how I would owe anything since they covered the whole procedure.

- Kathy, a wait is 15 minutes not an hour. I had offered multiple times to reschedule and was told no. I know that the letter from my insurance is BS since I called and spoke to them this morning. I trust you about as far as I can throw you that I would ever be reimbursed for having to visit another dentist immediately for the crown coming off. Let alone making an appointment to get a different crown that isn't so sharp it cuts my mouth.

Our hygienist, Laura, truly keeps us returning to Millard Hills Dental. We started going to Dr. Gemar 50 years ago, when our son was a baby, and have been faithful customers ever since.

I am a dentist, and I have chosen Millard Hills Dental Health Center for my own care. (Yes, dentists visit dentists like anyone else!) The Millard Hills doctors and team are so wonderful and provide incredible care! Thanks for all you do!

The ENTIRE staff is amazingly friendly! Our whole family goes here, and have for many years. Started with Dr. Paul Sheridan, but we've had great experiences with everyone involved through the years. I would highly recommend them to any and all of my friends and family.

The staff at Millard Hills all treat you like family. Everyone there has a smile on their face, and everyone there always has your best interest at mind. They were able to accommodate me for a last minute appointment when I was having severe tooth aches. Dr. McNally is very personable and isn't about filling his pockets with cash, instead he wants to make sure you have good oral health at a reasonable cost.

The staff at Millard Hills Dental is outstanding for all ages! Family oriented atmosphere that makes all their customers feel comfortable and welcome! They are also extremely educated on dental needs and provide information in a pleasant and easy to understand manner!

I have been going to Millard Hills Dental since I was a child. Have always loved the consistency of the staff, the environment is top notch, and they cater to all ages. My 2 year old adored her experience as well.
