The Dentists at Hillsborough

The best service I have ever received at a dental office. Everything is prompt, everyone is so nice and takes time out of their day to make you feel comfortable. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

I found my new dentist! Everyone had a smile on their face and made me feel welcome. An exceptional experience!!!

They are a great group of people! They understand that anxiety is a real issue. I was in a motorcycle accident two months ago and had injuries to my face. The are extremely understanding, they listened to my story and my concerns of having work done on my mouth. They're working with me to get a comprehensive plan together to fix my smile! I would totally recommend anybody with high anxiety to go to The Dentist!

I dreaded my appointment today because I needed 2 fillings. I didn't have much time to dwell on that because Jamie called me back before I was even done paying my copay. Once in the chair my anxiety returned but without skipping a beat Jamie was using the numbing cream on the injection sites and Dr. Snow was only a few seconds behind ready to begin. The entire process was relatively pain free. Jamie was amazing during the entire procedure making sure I was not drowning from the water and did an amazing job the whole time. My appointment was scheduled for an hour and I was on my way home 30 minutes later. Best experience I have ever had with fillings!

My intake appointment couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I was seen right on time. I couldn’t believe how thorough the exam was and that the dentist personally performed my cleaning. The whole staff was pleasant, conversational, and efficient. I’d highly recommend The Dentists at Hillsborough.

First this experience took place the end of 2015 but still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I seen a lot of commercials for them lately so I thought I would voice my opinion.

I made my first appointment and met the Dentist I would have along with the hygienist. She took pictures and X-rays and told me what to expect in the future. Made an appointment for my first cleaning and when I got there a different dentist did the cleaning because mine was not there that day. He was a little rougher than I was used to from my previous dentist of 17 years before moving here to Omaha. When I said something about being a little rough he made the remark well you want to keep your teeth don't you ? I thought that was a little unprofessional or maybe he was having a bad day I don't know. He asked me if I had ever had a deep scaling cleaning done before. I told him yes many years ago but I get my teeth cleaned every 4 months to prevent gum disease and I've been okay with no problems. He suggested that I have this deep cleaning done and it would be in two visits and the lady at the front desk would give me a estimate and set up some appointment times. I did all that and after getting home the more I thought about it the more I thought this was an awful lot of money out of my pocket and did I really need it or not? I decided since I hadn't had any problems I would just continue with my cleanings like I had been doing for years. I called the office talk to the lady and told her I wanted to cancel this deep cleaning but I wanted to keep my regular appointment for a regular cleaning and she said okay. A few minutes later I get a phone call from the office and she tells me since I don't want to have the deep cleaning done that I couldn't have the regular cleaning. I said are you telling me that since I don't want this deep cleaning done I can't get my teeth cleaned the regular wayand you won't see me? And she said yes I said I can't believe that! She said well the hygienist thanks it's in the best interest and that's what they go by. I said well I guess I'll just find me another dentist and hung up.
WOW! I didn't want to do the deep cleaning process so they were refusing to see me on a regular basis for cleaning or whatever needed to be done. That dentist was very intimidating and I would recommend this office to anyone. I told everyone I know and all my friends about this experience and not to go there.

Very thorough and friendly staff. Was able to get in very quickly. Appreciate their service.

My family has been going here for years after an unfortunate experience with our previous dentist. From the front office staff, to the dental hygienists to the dentists, They have always been professional, friendly, extremely competent, flexible, and expertly accommodated my family of 5. Highly recommended!
