Today's Dental - Tranquility

I would recommend Today’s Dental for anyone needing a dentist. The staff are friendly and thorough. I always know that my dental care is in good hands.

First things first, the absolute nicest people I have ever met at a dental office. I had my first appointment in 10+ years because I had an infection due to an abscess in a tooth. They were able to get me in and went out of their way to connect me with someone that could get the tooth pulled and infection under control same day.

Throughout the entire experience there was never any "This is what happens when you don't brush" or any condescending tone. Everyone, from the front desk to the assistants to the dentists seemed to have the same mantra of - "What can we do to help and make things better going forward". This was so refreshing because one of the reasons I stopped going to the dentist was always the feeling like anything other than a perfect check-up the dentist would blame the patient for not doing enough.

This place seemed to have a much more human feeling and understanding that not everyone is perfect. Not everyone manages to brush as much as they should and some people make mistakes and neglect more than they should. But they never judge and always focus on what can be done to help and are so incredibly nice and respectful. I honestly am not a fan of the dentist like most people, and had no intention of coming back after the infection was taken care of. But the attitude of everyone I have met there has influenced me to not only come back to set up a plan, but I've been back multiple times going through multiple procedures and plan to continue to go back until the work that needs to be done has been completed.

Highly recommend this place as a place where everyone cares and realizes that going to the dentist isn't everyone's favorite afternoon, but goes out of their way to make sure every patient is as comfortable and cared for as possible.

I went to today to get my teeth cleaned after being to several other dentists in Lincoln and told I would have to have a deep cleaning do and it would cost around $1500.00. I went to Today’s Dental in Omaha and got my free cleaning done! I have anxiety about dentist from having traumatic experience when I was a kid, they were very patient with me and did an excellent job. I will be going there from here on out even though I live in Lincoln, I will drive to have my dental procedures done here. The staff is amazing, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you so much for taking such good cate of me and making me feel very relaxed and comfortable.

It was a good visit. It had been a minute since my last dentist appointment but my hygienist was so sweet and dr.masters was very personable and front desk girls were very nice.

"I'm here to help you, not to judge you." I avoided the dentist for years and I'm paying for it now. I've had horrible experiences with other dentists, but not here. Here I feel respect as a person seeking dental treatment, not as a child who let their teeth go to waste. I've been supported every step of the way. It's not an easy journey, but Today's Dental has made it easier for me. I'm glad I got over my fear and came in. I couldn't have done it without the wonderful staff here. A huge shout out to Tina for her compassion, humor, and thoughtfulness in keeping me at ease.. And not finding it odd that I had to bring a support buddy. I really enjoy my trips here. Well, enjoy for as much as one can " enjoy" visiting the dentist. I highly recommend this staff at this location!

My two teenagers and I went in for the first time a few days ago and they were great. The staff was friendly, office was clean and inviting. They offered coffee or tea and gave a welcome gift. They had enough dental hygienists to service the three of us at the same time. They had the x-ray machine right at the dental chair and large TVs. I'm very pleased with everything

I was very impressed with everyone at Today's Dental, from the front desk staff to the hygienist and doctor. They were all friendly, caring, and helpful. Glad to have found my new dental office!

I have severe anxiety due to some traumatic experiences growing up with unempathetic dentists. Dana and Dr. Masters are aware of my issues and are extremely accommodating with handling my anxiety and when he had to fill 3 cavities on one of my first visits they both made sure and went out of their way to make it as painless as possible. I have been going to them for about 3 years now and will never ever go anywhere else. I don't even want to move because they are so great.

Have to admit my cleaning was painful at times. I’m 69 and have had many cleanings in my life of course. The worst was when getting flossed. My teeth are tight and the tech on some after getting the floss through, will continue cutting into my gums after forcing the floss through. Several times it came down and felt like it was slicing into my gums. This isn’t the first time either. Last cleaning was rough also. I’m hoping this review will get her to slow down and be more aware of the patients pain. Cleanings shouldn’t be so rough.
