Very nice setting clinic super neat and nice looking but I was not to pleased with the service and way the dentist approached me about my child's diagnosis first of all she came out to the lobby and just said it out loud instead of taking me to the back which I found super rude and my child was upset and left out to the car because of it, she didn't show me any xrays for explanation and proof of what exactly was going on second she didn't pull me back for a treatment plan or anything just said when to bring her in next didn't say what they were going to work on first. With my second child she did pull me in to show me xrays and explain a little bit what was going on, which I found very odd why she didn't do that with first child🤔. My kids also found her unfriendly didn't feel comfortable as they do at other places. I decided to go a different route this other dentist was SUPER helpful and explained everything so well including the treatment plan for my child and what were the best options so glad I went a different route. Maybe dentist at Shelton office was having a bad day I dont know but it was a bad experience I do not recommend.
