Awesome practice from the moment you walk in you are treated great. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The dentist and her assistant were amazing at helping me with short notice with a painful tooth. Dental work is expensive there is no getting past that but they work with you without breaking the bank which is helpful right now.

As a senior I thought l had experienced excellence before but I will say the team work and atmosphere at this office was heart warming.

We had an opportunity to receive care by a dental team that was professional, effective and caring about the patient first. This team just happened to be all female! Wow!

We were greeted with warm smiles as Priscilla K. and Freddie collected our information. Then a lovely young lady Heavenly took digital x-rays and polished our teeth.

Then Dr. Elpers did our exam and recommended a crown which could be done on same day!! Ok great!

Then Priscilla returned to explain cost and about the office was giving a discount if we would like to donate a gift for the toy drive! I jumped at the savings and chance to buy toys. What is Christmas without toy shopping.

The Dr. Elpers returned with Amber who would work with Dr. Elpers for the duration of my treatment.

My husband and I highly recommend this office and of course the Dr Elpers and her all female dental team!

I will start off by saying that my first experience at this office was great, but my last (2nd) appointment has convinced me that I should not return. I came in the 2nd time with an abscess that had returned after the first dose of antibiotics that I was given. I had suffered all of Saturday and Sunday with a big swollen cheek, throbbing head, and I felt sick. I am very grateful that the dentist sent me a new antibiotic over the weekend, I had to wait until Monday morning to have my abscess assessed. I was told by the dental assistant that I was going to be numbed and my abscess was going to be drained which I wanted and NEEDED very much. When the dentist came in he did not communicate to me what he was going to do, he put my chair back, and started on my tooth. From what I had been told I assumed he was about to numb me and drain this infection out of my face. He opened my infected tooth, said the infection would slowly drain from that hole, and sent me on my way. I was very confused, but after asking the ladies up front they seemed confident that the dentist had done what was best for me. I went home with a throbbing face, headache, and I was sick to my stomach. My gums were so swollen I could not touch them, but I knew the infection could be life threatening so I proceeded to drain my abscess on my own at home. This happened on Monday, It’s Wednesday, and I still have painful fluid in my cheeks that hurts to touch. I spent he last of my money trying to get it drained the last time I was there so going back or to a new dentist is not necessarily an option right now. Because of my confusion and fear I reached out to the office to get the managers contact information which I was given. I was told that the manager would call me back in 30 minutes, but I never received a phone call. I then wrote an informative email to the manager, but have yet to hear back at all. I am very disappointed, I wish they could communicate, and at least do what they said they were going to do, but no. Now that my tooth is open I now have to get a loan to try to figure out how to close my tooth because a root canal is NOT an option for me. My advice to anyone reading is to force communication, make sure you know exactly what the dentist is doing before he does it because I was not informed, nor was I given the time of day when needing to speak with a manager. I am extremely frustrated with how I have been treated, I waited a couple days to write this review hoping they would contact me and reassure me that my body was not at risk of this infection spreading, that I was a valued customer that they wanted to make sure was happy, but that was not the case. I will never go back

Dr. Amanda Elpers is amazing. She makes you feel comfortable even when you're nervous. She's gentle and thorough. Highly recommended!

Awesome customer service. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 15 years and then I walked into this place. Every single time has been a great experience and the pricing is awesome. I HIGHLY recommend this office. Thanks to everyone at Dentists of Spring Valley.

Dr Elpers is a fantastic doctor. She is Great and really gentle. My family appreciates her and all that she does.

Painless wait time. The new doctor is very sweet and explains things thoroughly. I trust her and this is going to be the place I go to for on-going treatment. No hesitation in letting friends and coworkers know about this office. Very nice and friendly staff.

I have never had such a wonderful experience at the dentist. They were so kind, very fair with pricing and thorough in the examination. I’ve never written a review for a dentist before, but I absolutely had to review this office. If I could give ten stars I would.
