Hi-Tech Dental Care

I have been coming here over 5 years, the service just gets better and Better! I love Fran the hygienist, not only is she gentle but her soft,kind voice makes me forget I'm getting my teeth cleaned. Highly recommended, warm welcoming smiles all around.

I am absolutely Blown away by the customer service, patient care , and facilities! From the coorespondences I received to keep me abreast of my appointment, to the conversation and treatment I received from my Dr.!!! This is my Dental treatment home! Can't wait to share with others my experience!

Right when I walked in, warmly welcomed and offered cookies, coffee and water in the waiting area, which had a couple of massage chairs, a tv, a charge station for your electronics and even a small area for toddlers. It wasn't long after I filled out the new patient form, that I was shown back and given a tour of the inside office and their amenities.

Staff was amazing and genuinely cared about taking care of you. I got the opportunity to chit-chat with all the staff I met (who were also from Hawaii, where I grew up) and I instantly felt the 'Aloha Spirit'.

Would recommend them to anyone!

Every time I've gone in there for a cleaning they try to charge me $100.00 up front. Mind you, I have insurance that completely covers 4 cleanings per year. This last time was the last straw. The said they had called my insurance the day before my Saturday appointment and verified that I had a deductible for cleanings of $100.00. I just left I didn't feel like going over this again with them. I called my dental insurance on Monday. The insurance not only has no record of HiTech Dental calling the Friday before my appointment...but the last time anyone called was more than a year ago. The insurance also stated they have no idea how HiTech came up with any $100.00 amount. So they've lost this customer.

5 stars. I have been coming here for a number of years. They are always kind and caring especially if you have any anxiety going to the dentist. They are a state of the art facility. I love the massage chairs in the waiting room....really relaxing before your treatment.

If I could give a negative number, I would. I was in excruciating pain on 10/6/19 and went to this office on a Sunday. They couldnt validate my insurance so I was forced to pay $150 cash to be seen because I was in such severe pain I was in tears. I was in severe pain, communicated my situation, said exactly where the pain was and needed just immediate care until my regular dentist could get me in on Monday. I was put thru the torture of a full mouth of xrays, a full exam and then they charged $68 for a few digital pics of my mouth which all was unnecessary. I was told that they would validate my insurance the next day and then once my insurance company processed my claim I would be reimbursed my $150. They filed a claim, was paid in Nov by insurance and I have fought since December to get my refund. I paid part with care credit yet was clear that any refund shouldn't go on the card as I was not planning on using the card ever again. I got the run around and now today they credited me only $92 on my care credit that is useless to me.
99% the services they charged were unneccessary and fraudulent to pad the bill. I went to my normal dentist the nxt day and he took 2 little trays, drilled a hole to release the infection and it cost less than what Hi Tech Dental did and they did nothing else for me or to help me. I was in so much pain I couldnt see straight and I have never dealt with such an unethical and unprofessional business in all the years I have lived in Las Vegas. Worst place ever!

This place is a rip off.. stay away!!! Frist the girl came at me with a quote of over 2000 .. I said no, I just want my one tooth fixed. she then came at me with 1300.. She was very rude and an attitude as if she was doing me a favor.. I went to another dentist Where they did the work for 550.. Hi-tech dental charged me 150 for a consult n X-ray where accurdental charged me 49... STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! I work hard for mine and I would never treat my patients the way they do there!!!

My entire family has been coming to this office for the last 2 years and I love them! They are always on top of everything. My hubby had a tooth ache the other day and made an appointment for the next day, he was seen and relieved of his pain immediately. I would recommend this place to everyone! They even called the next day to see how he was doing and if there was anything else they could do. 5 stars is not enough. We need more practices to mimic this kind of customer service! Great job!

I have had a very severe fear of the dentist for years and have ultimately avoided going. After moving to Las Vegas and having a friend refer me to Hi-Tech Dental Care I decided it was time to get my teeth fixed. I was relieved from the moment I walked in door by the friendly staff and the calm atmosphere. Once I was in the chair I was calmed by the high tech equipment and the professionalism of the dental assistant. When I woke from sedation after having my cavities filled I felt great! Will use them for all of my dental care in the future and refer my friends and family members to them!

As soon as i walked into High Tech Dental I felt very welcomed, If your like me and afraid of dentist you won't be afraid here. The atmosphere was very peaceful and the crew was very nice . Dr's were very caring as far as how they made me feel . Thank You High Tech Dental for taking on this big task of mine.
