Today was my first experience at True Dentistry and I was so impressed! Rachelle Smith was my hygienist and she was so thorough and kind. She took time with me and gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. The whole office was upbeat and treated me so well. I am grateful to have found this office and I highly recommend going to Rachelle to clean your teeth. I have had gum issues for many years and she was truly the BEST!!

First visit to the dentist in 13 years. That’s how scared I am of going to the dentist. True Dentistry was recommended by friends. They worked around my physical and mental issues while visiting the dentist. I had a cracked filling and thought they would schedule me for that later. But Dr Joe had the time and got a temp crown installed. Very gentle and out of 1-10 pain level never went over 2

2-15-22. Just finished my deep cleaning at True Dentistry. My last deep cleaning was the reason I had not been to the dentist in over 13 years. However, Gina was the absolute best. She put me at ease and it was nearly pain free. 2 out of 10. I’m actually looking forward to going back.

I got a lot of knowledge from this doctor which was great but they charge way to much for consultations and do not inform people ahead of time that it is a possibility they could be referred out. This doctor charges 250.00 for consults with TMD/TMJ patients whereas most places have free consultations or insurance covers it. I feel this office is taking advantage of patients who have a medical condition and are suffering from chronic pain. I was told that the 250.00 consult fee would go towards my treatment at this facility and then the doctor referred me out to receive treatment elsewhere. The office only took off 50.00 dollars, stating that I was paying for the doctors time. While I appreciate his knowledge and time. I did not pay 250.00 for knowledge and time, I expected to receive a treatment in office. I am in a lot of pain and didn’t even get as much as a pain reliever or any other treatment I could have used in office prior to the referral appointment. I really like this doctor but I don’t agree with the way this matter was handled and I will avoid going back to this office at all cost. My husband went as far as to call this place a scam.
