I was searching many places for a good dentist due to having 2 root canals in one week and 2 crowns and mixed up appointments at Shadow Mountain dental. I made an appointment to have my second crown done because I was informed it was needed on the second root canal. I had a terrible experience with my previous dentist and basically could not go back there. After having an exam and xrays i was informed that the crown I had was in great condition and there was no reason to replace it. A filling would be required!!! My previous GOLD crown was removed which they had a difficult time with and I now question if that was even necessary. In any case, I had a complete exam, filling and cleaning and saved a substantial amount of money.
This is my only review and taking the time and effort because i wanted to express the exemplary service provided and should be provided by any health provided. honesty and service. Not always about money. yes, we all need to make a living, but not hurting other people but helping each other.
I am happy to have found this dentist!

Dr Spencer Faddis is an excellent dentist! I highly recommend him. I got a crown same day. It is unbelievable the difference it has made in my life!

I wish I could leave a million stars for Dr. Faddis and Dr. Long Nguyen!!! If you're like me and you have a fear of dentists, worry no more, this is the place that you want to be!
All of my fears subsided after speaking with Dr. Faddis. I am pregnant and needed a root canal + a crown. He eased my fears greatly and we even talked about our kids. He is very personable and easy going!
I also had worries about the financials (who doesn't, right?) and thankfully Dr. Faddis worked with me! I am on a financial plan that is reasonable for my situation and that is a HUGE weight off my shoulders. Dr. Long performed my root canal on a Sunday (how cool is that?) and he was extremely easy going and made sure all of my needs were met. If you need any kind of dental work, whether it's emergent or not, you NEED to go see Dr. Faddis! I am so glad to have found this amazing dental office!!!

The actual place is great the staff was kind reviewed everything with me. But today i came in for an oral surgery and the oral surgeon was horrible. He was in a hurry, didnt present himself, and to start ivs was the worst. Instead of asking were to go (mind you im an mri tech who also starts ivs) couldnt feel a thing the first 2 times i got the iv put in only to take out and get desperate so just went straight for the palm/wrist area. All i said was, and just making converstation with him, i havent had this much trouble in a while. Quickly he flipped out on me and said well youve never been asked to be NPO have you.. i kindly replied well actually its been blood work so yeah i couldnt eat or drink anything before getting my blood work done. Didnt warn me or let me know he was injecting the anesthetic next thing you know i was out.
The orals surgeon's name was james j schlesinger.
