Dr. Kleidosty and her entire staff are absolutely amazing! She has been my family's dentist for years now and there is no way we will ever go anywhere else. I am a person who has severe anxiety going to the dentist which caused me to not go for many years at a time growing up. Since going to Dr. K that's starting to change. Her staff is friendly and inviting and all 6 of my family members know them by their first name and they know ours. Do yourself a favor and go see her, you won't regret it!

The only reason I am giving 5 stars, is because I can’t give 10. Dr. K is the most thorough, the most caring, and the best dentist that I have ever seen. She only wants what’s best for her patients, and will do everything possible to make sure they receive the best care available. I would follow her anywhere she goes, she’s that good, and I trust her that much. Having said that, the only place I want to follow her to is Floss. I have never walked into a dental office, or any medical provider for that matter, that is as nice, as comforting, as festive, or smells as good, as Floss. Mix that in with the staff that she has assembled, her office is a home run! I would put Dr. K, her staff, and her office, up against any other in the country. Reno is lucky to have a dental office this nice, and a dentist this good. I can’t speak highly enough about Floss, Dr. K, and about the experiences that I’ve had.

Dr. Kleidosky and her staff are wonderful. They provide high quality, personalized dental care in a relaxed, comfortable setting that puts patients as ease. Everyone is experienced, professional and friendly, and they work hard to ensure that you are comfortable and pain free while undergoing procedures. You know what to expect up-front in terms of billing because Cindy is fantastic in dealing with insurance matters. My husband - who hates going to the dentist - actually comes home after an apptmt and praises the care he's received.....highly unusual for him given that he hates having his teeth worked on. I also love that Floss Dental offers cosmetic procedures at very competitive prices, and Dr. K is not only highly skilled with a needle (you feel virtually nothing). she takes an artist's approach when working on your face to make sure the results are as natural and complementary to your appearance as possible. Floss Dental Boutique is the best!

The entire staff was so sweet and professional. They were very prompt and knowledgeable. They even provided a heated neck pillow with essential oils to make me more comfortable. I felt very relaxed and well taken care of. This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had.

My first thought when walking in was "Oh my goodness this place is so cute!". Everything looks so nice and there are many things for you as you wait. I definitely appreciate the effort that was put into this dentist office. The receptionist is lovely and did a great job at keeping me informed. The dental assistant gave me a tour and made sure that I was absolutely comfortable. There are a lot of cool things for you as you get your teeth worked on, such as a warm wax hand moisturizer and Netflix on a monitor over you with headphones. They do such a great job at making sure you have the best experience. The dentist is very nice and she asked my questions about my teeth that other dentists hadn't in the past, I really appreciate that attention to detail. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I came across this dentist office through my insurances' list of dentistries in their network. It was a pleasure meeting the team and I'm excited to continue going back. Highly recommend!
