My husband and I have been using this Dental office for years. Always a pleasure getting my teeth cleaned here. The hygienists are personable and do a great job. The Dentist Dr. Moon and his assistant work very well together. Dr. Moon is always looking out for his patient and offers them what is best for them. We definitely recommended East Rochester Family Dentistry.

So happy to have this office for my future dental care! I was apprehensive, hoping not to receive the same information from this dentist- that he would not allow a cleaning without first having scaling procedures done,which I did not want to do. The hygienist here found my teeth and gums in much better condition and was able to do a complete cleaning and the Dr did not recommend scaling. I was thoroughly RELIEVED! Very comfortable and friendly environment-

I hated going to the dentist .East Rochester family dental made it comfortable and I will like going now. They are the nicest people ever! I was told by another dental facility I had to have all this dental work done. Like 11 fillings and 3 crowns. When In fact I didn't need any of it. Not only did they save me money, they saved my teeth.
Long story short I didn't know where I was going. New phone maps weren't working nor were they in my car . The ladies in office stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the directions. I'm very thankful, it really helped keep my anxiety
under wraps. Thank you all!

I have been going to this office since it’s inception years ago and I have never had any issues or problems with them. I have referred many people over the years and have always received good feedback from them as well!
The staff are very friendly and helpful and always kind and Dr. Moon is the best. Very compassionate to whatever your issues are and always willing to take the time to discuss or explain what’s going on and how he can help. Overall, the whole office has a very calm, caring atmosphere.

I love Dr. Moons office. Everyone from the front office to the hygienist and of course Dr. Moon. I am not a fan of having to go to the dentist but they make it a piece of cake. They are all so nice and caring. My hygienist Ashley Is amazing. She does an outstanding job on cleaning and is very friendly. I recently finished my invisalign with Dr. Moon and he did an amazing job and I can't be any happier.

Had a toothache requiring immediate attention. Was scheduled in next day. Very courteous, professional staff. Was in the chair at my appointment time. No waiting. Was xrayed and Dr. Moon diagnosed my problem, explained the issues, and recommended an extraction. The shot was virtually painless as was the extraction. One of the best experiences I've had in a dental office. Highly recommended.
