Advanced Dental of Las Cruces

I am someone who has always been very uneasy with dentist, and when I scheduled an appointment at this office it just seemed right. I was welcomed by the front receptionists once I stepped foot into the door. The ladies were very nice and willing to work with me, especially since I woke up late for my appointment. Rather than rescheduling me for another day, they just simply had me wait for a couple of moments with a fresh cup of coffee before I got in for my cleaning and check up with Harvey Reiter. The woman that did my cleaning was the best! I would recommend her to everyone. She was open to listening and she talked with me about a number of wonderful topics, making me feel so at ease with the situation at hand. I usually hate dentist and I just have never have had a good experience with anyone in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I was glad to have been welcomed by such a wonderful crowd of employees, and I truly can recommend this place for anyone who is as shaky with dentist as I am. I was very impressed by the services I received.

The staff and doctor are very approachable and friendly and helpful but we are not pleased with the caliber of work. We were never given a contract of what we were paying for so we ending up with a surprise. We were under the impression that the first total we paid was for all the work beginning to end. We had to pay more when he was ready for the actual denture set. The top dentures never have fit correctly. The dentist said that was normal and there was nothing he could do. Those dentures look like poor quality and don't fit well. They look like teeth from the candy vending machine. We're not satisfied. We considered another option but we decided we would not return there.

I had an amazing emergency visit with Dr. Reiter and his staff. The office is very professional, friendly, welcoming, attentive and compassionate. I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone that is in need of dental care. The office is very clean, organized and has a comfortable feel to it.

I had many procedures (extraction, crowns, root canals, cavity fills, implants) done over the last few months to get ready for my implants and I’m always treated perfectly. The day I had my implants put in (three) we were scheduled for three hours and he and his assistant were done in hour in half. No pain and they always kept me informed and made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Advanced Dental. I don’t like going to dentist and don’t have time to be waiting in offices, that’s why I love Advanced Dental, always fast, courteous, and the least pain I have had ever with a Dentist. Overall I’m am highly satisfied and would highly recommended.

My husband and I moved to Las Cruces from Long Beach CA about ten years ago. We have been to at least four different offices over that span of time looking to solidify our relationship with a local dentist. Dr. Reiter and his team at Advanced Dental hit all the marks! His office is very clean and welcoming, he has state-of-the art equipment, his staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly; and you do not feel like you are in an "assembly line" environment. And most importantly, his prices are very reasonable, and he is very skilled at his profession with decades of experience behind him.
You can tell that Dr. Reiter and his staff care about their patients, their needs, and their concerns. My husband and I both felt like he gave us the same consideration and attention that he would a member of his own family. And this level of attention was also displayed by Sarah, the dental hygienist on staff who gave me one of the most thorough and painless cleanings I have ever experienced.
As far as my husband and I are concerned, this is the only place in Las Cruces to go for dental work!
