One of the best as far as customer service. From the time you are greeted to the time you leave, everyone does a great job. Not to forget the set up of appointment and follow up. George has done a great job in caring for my teeth. Very knowledgeable. Great place to have your dental needs taken care of.

Very Disappointed!
5/19/2021.I schedule our appointment for me and my wife. We arrived 20 minutes prior to our appointments to insure we would be seen in a timely basis. And to also completed any paperwork that was needed. We received
a confirmation the day prior for our appointments at 9:30 on 5/19/21. My wife was called in first. And I waited to be called in since the appointments were scheduled for 9;30 am. After waiting I asked the receptionist what the delay was and what time I was scheduled for. She stated my appointment was for 9:30. But would not be seen until my wife was done with her cleaning which would of been 10:30. They failed to inform me that I was to be seen after my wife. This type of scheduling is very inconvenient and is not acceptable. I should of been informed that my actual appointment was at 10:30 am and not 9:30.

i have had the fortune and mis-fortune of having a lot of dental care. for the most part i have experienced good dentistry. today added a very good experience. the entire staff from Lilly to the dentist dr stillwell (i hope i got it close enough). especially the dental tech who was very nice and attentive to her duties.
this may have been my BEST experience with any dental office!!!!!!!

Had a crown put on by Dr. Thompson, who is a VERY skilled professional ; he had previously performed a root-canal on me. His work is painless and efficient and he is very personable, keeping me well informed of what he suggests and why.
His dental tech, Lorraine, was also well trained and adept, explaining procedures and informing me of expectations in a professional manner. The entire office is full of a team who provide great service!s at all levels. I highly recommend them!

This office was a very pleasant surprise, probably the most pleasant dental visit I've ever had. Very quick to get seen, very professional office management, every thing was right on time, and the hygienist, Carmen, and Dr. Southwell were kind, gentle and informative.
