Have not been to dentist in year's as I suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder and have had traumatic experiences going to dentist as a child. Felt at ease meeting with Dr. Winter and his staff. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Winter and the entire staff are amazing! I was given their information from a coworker who had rave reviews and they did not disappoint. Everyone was extremely accommodating, happy to be there, and of course did great dental work. They even fixed my tooth which has bothered me for years that I thought could never be repaired. Very happy with my experience and would recommend to anyone!

I have been a client of Dr Winters office for nearly 30 years. He is absolutely awesome. He is unique as well since he specializes in dentistry to those who have anxiety surrounding dental work. His staff is Always friendly and helpful. I always recommend his office when asked. My parents and husband see him as well.

Dr Winter, Cara, and Lyn have been very accommodating with my problem mouth and make me feel relaxed while I'm toe-tapping to the oldies! Diane and Kim at the front desk are very pleasant too, which is important since they are the first people we see going in. Thank you.

I called Albany Dental Care after finding them during a web search for emergency dental care. I had severe tooth pain... it was so painful I hadn't slept for 3 nights. I was not an established patient with their practice but they brought me in right away. They addressed the pain, referred me to an amazing endodontist for an almost immediate root canal (which was, believe it or not, a quick and pain free experience), and have since given me a post and a permanent crown, a much needed cleaning, and extracted another tooth that was cracked and decayed and not salvageable. This outfit is great. They address issues immediately, they get back to you right away, everyone in the office is friendly and professional, and Dr. Winter is a master of his craft. Even the tooth extraction was quick and pain free. All my future dental care will be with Albany Dental Care. Excellent outfit.

The very first appointment I had, Dr. Winter pointed out that he could help correct a discolored tooth I’ve had since an accident as a kid. No dentist has ever suggested fixing it and it was something I’ve been self conscious of for a while. He utilized a walking bleach method and it worked perfectly and my smile was ready for my wedding a few months later. I also hadn’t been to the dentist in years before going to Albany dental out of anxiety. Every individual who works there helps to make you feel comfortable. I would not choose any other dentist in the capital region!

I’ve been using Albany Dental Care for a long time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is excellent and Dr Winter is the best in dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry. They treat you like family. Don’t hesitate, you’ll be happy you went.

Dr. Harvey Winter is simply the best!. What a wonderful, caring, funny doctor to have. He makes you feel so comfortable and listens carefully to your concerns. I recently had a unique situation that he thought I would be better off in the care of an oral surgeon. I wasn't leaving that office til he did what I wanted done to relieve my ongoing pain due to an unusual neurological condition that is hard to explain. We went back and forth as to how to handle my situation and I told him that I have faith in you to take care of my odd situation and I insisted for him to please let me leave here pain free. He knew how persistent I was and sure enough he took it upon himself and I knew he could help me right there and then without putting this off later to see an oral surgeon. Well, just as I thought, he took care of my problem and I was comfortable about it the whole time and he came through with what he had to do with flying colors. His assistant was fantastic as well and I am sorry that I don't know her name. I told him he was the best and thanked him over and over and joked with him saying, " Who needs an oral surgeon," i have you today. He is such a wonderful dentist to have and my husband and I could not be happier. Lisa Hanks

Dr. Winter and all of his staff are very professional and courteous. Everyone is very easy-going and seems to enjoy striking up casual conversation to take place of the high pitched drilling and grinding taking place down the hall, which is always a plus. I have had veneers done by a different dentist, and after having one of them break in an accident, Dr. Winter was very quick to resolve the issue and even had the temporary veneer placed and looking better than the original. I wish I had Dr. Winter do them in the first place, and I would’ve had I know better. I’ll be seeing him again soon to begin working on an implant as well. I Highly recommend Albany Dental Care, Dr. Winter, and the rest of his staff to anyone looking for a better experience.
