Horrible porcelain veneer job. Teeth crooked, wrong color and size.
And one broke off after less than 3 years today. All in all, a horrible and expensive experience to the tune of 6K. Nice people but horrible veneer work, Do not WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
At the time I complained about the front teeth being crooked and the color being off and that they were too short but was totally brushed off. I had no choice but to live with them as is, not being able to afford a correction to the work elsewhere. One broke in half yesterday, less than 3 years later. Now an offer is made to do something about this by the dentist.I am however, now living in another state and cannot get to their office. This should have been addressed at the time of the original complaint by this office.

3 time seen this dentist was recommended by my daughter, first time last year for exam said nothing was wrong, come back this month in March with pain on my gums, got a cleaning which he gladly charged $150 now 2 weeks have gone and my gums started hurting again I called and was told by his receptionist that isn’t to friendly to come in, he just looked at my mouth stating he didn’t see anything wrong I repeated my gums hurt and I’m in pain, just noticed he is not a compassionate dentist maybe he treats his patients better depending on their insurance I guess my insurance didn’t pleased him a bit, which I would have gladly pay
for his services cause I used to work for a Dental Office and he is missing compasión and caring, and his receptionist too very unhappy and displeased worst

Bad toothache. I got as far as speaking with a receptionist on the phone, to schedule my 1st appointment, who didn't know if they accepted my insurance, when another woman came on the phone and rudely said we dont take your insurance, and i should call my insurance and find out which dentists accept it, and she hung up. Dismiss. Much rudeness.
