State-Of-The-Art with a Welcoming Smile!
Dr. Morales-Ross and Dr. Kemshetti brings a new dental practice to Henrietta, New York. I was able to tour the office prior to my first appointment. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable; the atmosphere seemed relaxed, inviting, and calming. The convenient location along with the free ample parking made it a great benefit to my pocket.
Dr. Morales-Ross was very caring, understanding, and experience she made me feel comfortable while addressing my concerns. Thank you Dr. Morales-Ross for the great experience and the quality work.
Although I am very critical to infection control and sterilization practices, I did not find any shortcoming at Dr. Morales-Ross and Dr. Kemshetti office. This is a big plus!
My sincere recommendation and reference to all, is to go to this office which delivers quality work over quantity work.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My 8 year old had an appointment and I had to reschedule due to my infant being sick. They are charging me $50. I could see if I was canceling the appointment but I only wanted to reschedule for another day. This office works with kids, you’d think they’d be a little more understanding.

If i could give 0 stars i would they changed my appointment twice on two different appointments didn’t notify me until two days before my appointment i would show up they made me wait 45 mins after i was supposed to go in. They scheduled me back to back appointments never asked how much i can spend on my insurance. They over charged me one a few appointments they messed up three of my teeth i had to get redone had to find a new dentist. I DONT RECOMMEND to anyone
