The staff who did x-ray for my mom hurt her gum so badly. She tried to stop the staff but the lady just insisted to do x-ray even she said she was in crazy pain. I told the dentist that she was hurt from the staff who did x-ray but the dentist even did it more rough on her. It’s been a month already but she still could not eat and chew and use dental floss. I feel so regretful that I helped her to change dentist. It was the worst choice that I have done for her and she just got so mad now again.

My first experience of dentists with Dr. Chang was very great. I’m the one who afraid of tooth washing but he is very professional and kind to take care of patient’s feelings. Since 2019 to 2020, he told me to wear braces because the condition of my teeth. And today, His staffing is very efficient to extract my wisdom teeth with painless. I’m satisfied with his continuum working and excellent skills to him with all of his staffing. Yes, I highly recommend EC dental to my friends or the visitors afterwards.

I really like Dr. Eric Chang. I also appreciate all his ladies in the front desk, especially this girl named Amanda. They are so nice. Many of the front desk professionals in flushing are rude or have mean voices but not here. Dr. Chang is also one of the nicest dentist I’ve ever had. He is professional and he listens. Something about the dentist with all the water and the air and the drilling tools make me sick to my stomach every time but this office makes it a pleasant and bearable experience. I walk out smiling. If you go there for any procedure, you should book with Dr. Eric Chang even if it means waiting for a few weeks (if you can).

Love it, great job, specially for the dental cleaning, love Doctor Zong Ling, very patience, also the front desk attitude was great, very kind, very respectful to their customer, very professional, not like the other regular Chinese dental. I will definitely come back when need any dental treatment.
