Greece Family Dentistry and Implantology

"No one" likes going to the dentist but this place is amazing! I went to Greece Family Dentistry today for the first time as a new patient. I had the pleasure of being worked on by Leslie and Tammy! The office and procedures run smoothly, plenty of staff, super clean... Overall if you need a new dentist or are looking to make a change this place is great!

I haven’t had a cleaning in over 3 years. I hate going to the dentist. Carla gave me a warm blanket to help with my anxiety. I also don’t like getting x-rays because the sensor that goes in your mouth pokes and doesn’t feel good. Carla numbed my mouth so I didn’t feel uncomfortable. Carla and Leslie continued to ask and make sure that I was doing okay. They care a lot about how I was feeling. I am so grateful that I was able to come here to get my preventative care treatment done. We made an appointment in 6 months and I will definitely being going back!

The entire staff have been a incredible Dental office. They are understanding and incredibly kind. I had a medical condition which lead me to loose all of my teeth and multiple bone grafts. Dr. Cabrera has helped me through a very long process and has never made me feel like there was not going to be a light at the end of the tunnel. I have multiple medical conditions and allergies, it has truly been a challenge, but with his knowledge and patience we where able to give me back my smile that I love. I am thankful that the entire staff have always made me feel like more than just a patient; they care so much more.

First of all I have never had a bad experience at this practice. Having issues with a tooth gone bad, I needed to be seen and they do not accept my insurance. As much as that was a concern, I had never gone anywhere else that made me feel the way this staff did (does)!
I met Ellie first who was warm and sweet - she took x-rays and so understanding and gentle due to the pain. Next Dr Visic came in, as I shared a personal loss with her she in turn did the same. She did not have to but she did and not only did it make me feel at ease it also helped me realize we shared a bond.
Lilia knew about the insurance and went through all of the options and then some for me. I cannot even begin to tell you how each staff member I met was wonderful. So my list began, a list of the staff that I had come in contact with who were just beyond words!
The next day I met Janet who was just as sweet as could be we discussed our kids, piercings, age - she was open and full of smiles. Enter Dr DeMarree WOW she too was very welcoming and warm. I felt comfortable and we began to share our stories of scares and surgeries. Another moment that was personal and it was like talking with friends. I saw Ellie and Lilia that day too. I had to go in a week later after that days procedure.
Carla was my hygenist so I had a cleaning done and she was just as the rest, sweet helpful, shared experiences, and she was very aware of my sensitivities therefore very careful. She too went above to ensure that my teeth were in the best overall health they could be.
As I was leaving, I met Lexanne who I had to tell my visits had been so amazing. All of the people that I had met were the reason I came back even though they do not take my insurance. I feel the staff members truly love what they do and care about their patients which makes me feel so at home and welcomed that I cannot go anywhere else!!
Thank you as this all began years ago with Dr. Campo (who has since retired) - I will continue to see them!

Wonderful service, my first day as a patient was met by kind and happy people who genuinely cared about me and why I was there. Anyone with anxiety can feel safe here and welcome to voice any concerns they have.

hands down this is the best dentist I've ever gone to. I got 4 wisdom teeth pulled at once and it was way easier than I ever thought it would be. they understood my fear and made me very comfortable. if you have a fear of the dentist this is the place for you!

This is the best dentist in Rochester! The staff always asks about my family and genuinely cares about me as a person. I never feel like a number when I walk in and I know they have my best interest at heart. If you've ever been nervous to visit a dentist, I can promise you this office will change your opinion. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to find a dentist that cares.

The overall care was great! I did not realize that it is a “faith based practice”, which I noticed when they only played contemporary Christian music. I found that to be a bit odd for a medical practice, and it might not be the most inclusive choice for patients of other denominations.

Everyone was welcoming and kind. Made me feel right at ease and I have dental phobia! Had a conversation to learn about me. and how the practice is faith based. Surrounded by scriptural encouragements on the wall. Said they would pray with me if I wanted her to. Clinicians are knowledgeable and gentle. Explained everything step by step with my comfort always at the forefront. As a person of faith this experience was the best one I have ever had in my life. Financial person came to me and we sat and talked about the best option for me .Everyone was warm and exhibited the fruit of the Spirit. I will be a patient for the rest of my life

Environment was really relaxing and welcoming. They listen to your concerns and try to make the process easy for you. What I don’t like of the new location is that some rooms are open and everybody kind of look and hear everything about you and what’s going on. I will recommend to put some curtains at list to feel a little bit more of privacy. If it wasn’t for that I will give it a 5 stars.
