Friendly Dental

Worst experience . First visit I they just did some x rays and claimed they didn't have time for the cleaning . I was initially told that I had four cavities . Days before my appointment I called and asked if maybe I could get the four cavities done on two sitting because of my dental anxiety . I was told no.
Second visit it was time for the four filings and out of no where they told me I had six . I also mentioned how I had anxiety when it comes to dentist. Neither the assistant or the dentist gave a dam . Keep in mind I'm pregnant so medicine doesn't last long . Long story short she did the left bottom and tried to do the the top as well knowing the medicine has worn off . I expressed my discomfort and was rudely told to return the following week. The dentist was I. A fish per say and she wasn't very personable at all. The male demtal assistant was ok but could have been better.
Shortly after the visit I called and mentioned I couldn't close between my upper teeth . The person answering the phone swore they didn't do any work on the upper. I informed him I was half numb not sleep. Plus I was able to floss perfectly fine before the visit so explain that .
Third visit was the worst . I mean the worst in my life. I ask myself why did I return . Truthfully I didn't want to let my anxiety get the best of me. But I sure should have followed my first mind and went else where . This visit I had a different assistant who was great . I liked her beauty as she was kind and explained what was going on and the dentist kind of picked up on that . This visit the dentist was just doing the upper two she started on the week prior .she numbs me and I.shortly after some drilling o began to bleed. She gave me gauze to bite on for sometime. During this time she went and work on someone else. By the time she returned I made it know the medicine had worn off. She gave me more medicine the. Immediately after she squirted water in my open teeth. This was very painful and o didn't understand why she would so such a thing . She left to give me and the medicine time. When she came back I told her I still wasn't numb. The assistant tested the whole woth air and I could still feel everything . I was given more medicine and of course she risked to finish all the while I wasn't numb and in discomfort . I was in there screaming and couldn't wait for her to finish. I could go on and on but it was horrible . I'm about 7 months pregnant and o have never threw up until that last visit . I'm think it was from all the medicine I was given . Long story short think twice before coming to this friendly dental

I went to friendly Dental and I was very pleased with the staff. The young ladies at the front desk were very friendly and very organized. The staff over all are very caring and nice.

Don’t bother coming to this location, every time I’ve been schedule for an appointment they advised that xrays are required when they only force you to have them so they can bill your insurance outrageous costs. I brought my son on a Saturday and was told he couldn’t he in the office and there’s no place for kids well I’m assuming they don’t see kids either l. Everyone including dentist sit at the front desk talking having unnecessary conversations, unprofessional and inconsiderate and will never return and tell everyone I know not to either.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Rushed to do extractions TWO of them. Felt almost everything during the process. Had to constantly ask for more numbing medicine, talking to each other (Dr. Tran & assistant) during the extractions as well. NO I would NOT recommend anyone to come here. Prescription was very weak had to ask for another. Just overall a bad dentist to bring anyone..just after your money.

Awful, Dr Tran was having a full convo with the dental assistant not even looking at wht she was doing when she decided to drill the hell outta one of my back teeth hitting the nerve multiple times, I flinched multiple times and finally she asked if it hurt then went right back to talking with the dental assistant. Not worth the time or money
DO NOT GOT HERE!!! My tooth is now permanently ruined and I still get the pain and it is now overly sensitive to cold!

They made me feel very comfortable & the staff that assisted me was great! I’m a first time patient & will be making them my primary dental office. Thanks again!

The staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor's where expertise. So much love was shown that Mom and two children are now new clients. Friendly Dental is the greatest....

By far this is the best dentist in Charlotte nc the whole staff is great they ,take good care of you they talk to you with respect they kind they funny and I always leave with a smile if you go to any other dentist u going to to the wrong place take my word there’s nothing like going to friendly dentel and most of all the receptionist is the best thanks malissa for all u do for me see y’all soon!!
