As much as I never thought I would say this, it is always a pleasurable visit. Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, and the ability to choose what you want to watch while work is being done, makes Smile Solutions a top notch dental practice.

Not overly impressed and was unaware that the first appointment was only to talk to the Doctor and take pictures. I called on the day of my appointment and they took my deposit which I was unaware they would do and then asked for another $50 deposit to reschedule. It seems like they want to make money off of you.

The staff who work in the office are very incompetent. I received about $12,000 dollars of work and service's done to my teeth, I took out medical credit cards in order to pay for my services and then had they submit the medical claims to my insurance, so that I could get some money from the insurance to pay back the medical credit cards that I opened up for the services I need. After MANY weeks of reminding them to submit my medical claim form, they kept submitting the procedure codes incorrectly. It's been well over 3 months from my appointment and they still couldn't get the medical form submitted correctly, even though they could have called my insurance company to ask for some guidance on the correct procedure codes to use. I then received a letter last week from smile solutions telling me they are no longer going to try and submit my claim to my insurance. I am furious! How can you run a medical/dental business like that? To tell a patient that you are no longer going to try and submit their claim of services you provided to the clients health care insurance. I would not recommend this business to anyone who is looking for dental and oral surgery done. They are in a quick hurry to get your money, but not a care in the world to deal with insurance claims. Not to mention their services are completely overly priced, but I went to this provider as my dentist transferred me to him because of my medical condition and my dentist was not able to perform his services for me.

I had a wonderful experience the staff are all extremely nice! There was a multitude of movies to pick from to watch so my appointment felt extremely fast! I would recommend to anyone especially if they have anxiety or fear of dentists.
