Believe it or not, I actually look forward to my dental appts at Dr B's office. I know, right? Dr. B and her staff are just Fantastic! Super Friendly and just Down to Earth Ladies!! Even at 7am, they are smiling as I walk in the door, saying "Good Morning, Nicole! How are you? Any new info for your file, etc?"
I just love the fact they know the patient coming in already and they have a plan! In their rooms, they all have computers with direct access to your dental insurance and other benefits to assist you in making decisions during that visit or set up another appt, etc. They are extremely knowledgeable in the dental world including the facial structures, and other related body parts that can play an important role in your dental/oral hygiene.
I can just keep going on, since I just visited them yesterday. Ha! I can't wait to see them in 6 months for my regular check up! Thanks Dr. B and Ladies for All You Do to keep US Healthy!! Merry Christmas n Happy New Year!! Cheers!!

Every time I walk in to Dr. B Dentistry, I feel like a VIP, as if it makes everyone's day that I'm there. They already know my name and have me marked before I even get to the front desk.

Aside from the friendliness of the staff (who actually, REALLY care), the quality of dentistry is great as well. Dr. B has a technique for administering Novocaine that causes less discomfort than any other dentist I've gone to. She and her staff provide the motivational support I need to hear to keep my oral hygiene habits in place, without nagging or making one feel guilty...which is a reason most of us avoid the dentist, right?

My insurance coverage has been pitiful, and covers less than what I pay each month for my premium. I've decided to discontinue my dental insurance and go with Dr. B's membership plan. She now offers a membership plan in which I can pay 1/2 the price each month and get the same benefits. While I still expect to pay out of pocket for any cavity fillings I need, I am saving money in the end.

I've driven hours to go to Dr. B while I was living outside of Fargo...that's how great she is, and I highly recommend her care. She has a great team.

I would recommend Dr B Dentistry to anyone looking for a family dentist, if you are new to the Fargo Moorhead, or not.
After reopening since the COVID 19 shutdown, I felt very comfortable with the office’s new procedures and expectations of me as a patient. Dr B’s staff called me the day prior to my appointment to inform me of any office changes, to make sure I was healthy, and to answer any questions I had. Dr B had kept her patients informed periodically throughout the shutdown.
Like always, Dr B and her staff have always made me and my family feel very comfortable, caring, and we have been very satisfied in the care they provide!!!

I switched my family from a pediatric dentist (which was great) to Dr. B Dentistry and was a little nervous about the transition since my 7-year-old daughter had a bad experience at a place prior to the pediatric dentist and is extremely apprehensive. They have some books for kids and 'prizes' for after the appointment, but nothing too exciting. However, my daughters said it was the BEST dentist appointment they had ever had (and it was obvious that it was). My 7-year-old was able to relax and let her silly self show because the hygienist took the time to connect and visit with her and explained in wonderful detail everything that was going to happen, plus answered the millions of questions that were thrown at her with patience and delight. It wasn't anything fancy (except the massage chair, which was a delightful surprise), but I will take the quality of care and extra time spent with my kids and I over high end lobbies and the other bells and whistles any day. And if/when the time comes that Dr. B. Dentistry upgrades the 'amenities' I really hope that it doesn't cut in on their time and compassion for their patients. I could go on all day about how happy I am with our service, but will stop here.

I take my daughter to Dr. B! I'm very particular when it comes to my children and did some thorough investigation before choosing their dentist. Dr. B is very professional and has an excellent bedside manner with her patients. Her staff is also wonderful! We love it at Dr. B's ♥

I am not a big fan of bringing my daughter to the dentist, either is she since having a couple cavities needing to be filled - no fun! Yesterday my daughter had a great checkup and cleaning with Kelsey. She talked about it all day. Thanks so much!!
