I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. Everyone made sure I was happy and satisfied, making sure everything went smoothly. Shaylene was very sweet making sure I was comfortable and attended to. Kathy and Victoria were very kind and coversative making it feel friendlier than other offices. Dr Grewal was very gentle and attentive. I 100% recommend the Grand Forks Aspen Dental! Thanks again for your wonderful service! 🙂

CHECK YOUR BILL! Absolute trash. If you can go somewhere else do it. They tried to charge me almost $40 for “mouthwash” I got it and it was just hydrogen peroxide. Then they tried to charge me for a toothbrush I didn’t ask for. They’re very sneaky go somewhere else!

The office in Grand Forks can't seem to communicate with each other. I called to reschedule an appointment, left a message. Two days later, they called to confirm my appointment for original time, I told them I needed to reschedule and we got it changed. Get to my appointment time today and not on the schedule. List a lot of money from pay and gas

If I could rate zero stars, I would. The actual dental hygienist is amazing. The practice manager and front desk staff leave much to be desired. Billed for "existing charges" that were not declared when charging my card. The entire process seemed shady, as if they were trying to hide something. Not pleased, and the conversation "explaining" the issue, left me feeling more confused than my initial conversation at the clinic.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! They robbed me out of my free cleaning I get twice a year from my insurance. This is not what I expected from a Dental Provider.

Do not come to this place and risk your finances and families well being. Got dental work done 6+ months ago and had 5 teeth jacked up from a lady dentist who caused nothing but pain. Originally put a review and was asked to contact the customer service line where I was pushed over to a regional manager who told me they couldn’t do anything to help me even though the dentist knew she screwed up and acknowledged that with me when I had an emergency follow up appointment for all of the issues I had. I now just got a message 6 months later in a text saying that I need to call them because I owe more money to them even though I paid in full 6 months ago. They don’t care about there patients and it’s too bad because I have been at other Aspen Dentals and never had severe issues like these.

Insurance estimations are way too generous, expect to pay more afterwards.

I had a poor experience. I moved from out of state and was immediately told that they don't want my dental records from my previous office because they want to start fresh with new patients; that should have been the first red flag.
After the X-rays and examination, they brought me into the "finance" office (like they do at car dealerships). Red flag number 2.
Much like the finance office at a car dealership, they try to sell you a plan and additional equipment. I was told that I had 3 bad quadrants and needed more fillings, and was offered a toothbrush for $130 that my insurance wasn't going to cover. At this point, I decided to try another office.
At the new office, I was informed at the new office that my teeth were just fine, and that I did have one tooth where the it look like part of the filling did chip off. So, who do I believe?

I had a filling fall out and I went to Aspen because their first visit was free. After an extensive amount of x-rays with a technician who was friendly, but was running around 100 miles a minute, I was seen by the "gum" specialist. And then the dentist. The dentist doesn't have bedside manner and didn't talk to me at all. She was hard to understand and I just felt like an annoyance in her day. I met with the office manager and they then told me I had to have this extremely expensive cleaning and that they don't do silver fillings (which cost less). I gave it a day, made an appt with the dentist near me, and requested my xrays. Which were just printed off on a printer. Those x-rays mean pretty much nothing to the next dentist.
Was told today that after a deep cleaning, I'll be fine. I don't have periodontal disease. My cleaning cost 1/2 of what they wanted to charge me. I am going back to get my fillings done to the tune of about $100 less than Aspen.
They say they work with you if you don't have insurance. But what you have to do is pay it out of pocket, get Care Credit or get a bank loan. That's not really working with anyone.
Go somewhere else. Pay for a normal dentist visit. They pray on those without insurance. It's NOT worth it.

They were great, friendly, and took good care of me. I was at ease with the dental doc and very relaxed.
