I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist and Dakota Dental and all the staff have made me feel comfortable there. Although I have only been twice, both times have been pleasant! I would give a full 5 stars but I am saddened that they will no longer be in my insurance network after May first. Otherwise I highly recommend them and will still continue to see them out of network! UPDATE. I just got a crown replaced and it was by far the most pleasant experience and I have severe anxiety. THey were so accommodating and sweet about everything!!! I wish I would have been seeing this facility my entire time in grand forks

Today was my 3 year olds first visit to the dentist, he watched me get my teeth cleaned first and then sat in the chair and had his done! Lexi is fantastic, so patient, explained everything to him, let him feel the things she was using in his mouth... it was a great experience, that hopefully develops into him loving the dentist as much as I do!!!

I always enjoy getting my teeth cleaned by Jess. She is extremely friendly and very thorough when doing her job. She is an A plus hygienist , in my book!
I also feel fortunate to have Paul Bothan as my dentist. I appreciate his knowledge and use of state of the art technology in dentistry. As well as his friendly personality and interest in answering any questions I may have.

I have been going to DDA for a couple of years now and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is very friendly and my dental hygienist (Kayla) is great at what she does! I don't actually dread going to the dentist anymore ;)

Everyone working there is very professional and kind. They are quick to get back to you with appointments even when you request via email. Dr. Cummings has been helping me and she is awesome. I recommend DDA to everyone.

On time, easy to register as a new patient, pleasant interactions with everyone, dentist able to deal with issue immediately, carefully and with precision, terrific experience. (How many times have you said that about visiting the dentist 😊!!)

I called this dental office to find help for my daughter who had a cracked tooth. I made it clear that she was in pain and would need treatment that day. After their assurances that she could be helped that day I made an appointment and paid $138.00 up front "for records" they told me were necessary. After taking X-rays and meeting with the dentist she was told that she would need to come back in two weeks to get the tooth repaired. I reminded them that they promised to do the repair today and that she was in pain. The receptionist told me that was the soonest she could be helped. I specifically chose this office because the website said they offer emergency care. I ended up taking my daughter to a different dentist the next day who repaired her tooth.
