Cleveland Smile Center - Aurora Dentists

Wow I finally found a dentist where I had a good experience. Instead of wasting hours doing a treatment plan they asked me what was wrong and what I wanted to do for a change. I called several other dentists and no one answered or they couldn’t get me an appointment for weeks. I was greeted immediately in a warm inviting manner and they got me in the next day. I was able to get financing through care credit and have them payment immediately and we started right away. I needed two crowns fixed and a filling which they did all on the spot no problem. After years of hating the dentist I think I have found a great dentist.

My first visit was a good one. Very friendly and helpful staff! Maddie did a great job cleaning my teeth! Highly recommend Smile Dental!

I went in for my first appointment in a few years and Erin was awesome, she was super nice and let me know before she performed every step as well as answered every question and concern I had about any of it. She made sure to go over prices of everything that wasn't covered by my insurance and checked with me to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Dr. Glick came in at one point to check on me and suggested a few things that I could get done but wasn't too pushy or anything about it, he was also very cordial and friendly although I only met him briefly. My one slight concern is that Dr. Glick pulled his mask down when talking to me, but he was some distance away and I am a little overly paranoid when it comes to COVID. Overall, they seem to have a great team of people there and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Had another amazing dental cleaning today. Every 6 months I love going to my dentist. They are so nice and friendly, I feel very safe in trusting that they treat my family with great care and respect. The experience is always outstanding at Cleveland Smile Center. I highly recommend.

I generally have good experiences at every dentists office I have been to in multiple countries. However, this was by far the worst clinic I have ever been to. The receptionists have no customer service skills and lack hospitality towards their clients. Stephanie has been rude and disrespectful for every interaction I have had with her. She has no sense of customer service, and does not speak well or equally to all patients. If someone has to cancel an appointment for whatever reason, that does not give a receptionist the right to be disrespectful. She also attempted to tell me that I misunderstood what she said, despite her being very clear and rude when speaking to me at the time. I make an effort to be kind to everyone, however when a person whose services I pay for is continuously impolite, I will not continue supporting their business. Dr Daniel Glick also has no form of bedside manner. When a child is getting their wisdom teeth removed, being kind and understanding their pain is extremely important, something Dr Glick is incapable of doing. If a patient is expressing their concerns during an extraction, understanding their needs is part of their job. Also, writing rude remarks about a patient being "dramatic" after getting 4 teeth removed in a span of 10 minutes, in their patient notes does not seem to be very "we cater to cowards" of them. My entire family have had solely negative experience with this clinic and will not be continuing here in the future. However, the hygienists were very nice. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, but I cannot thus the 1 star. Cleveland Smile Center in Aurora is a no for anyone who wants compassionate care from dentists that actually care about their clients.

Very friendly staff and dentist. They answered my questions and got me through the procedure efficiently.

Always pleasant staff. I’ve had a number of different procedures which have all been very easy. The staff does everything to make the customer at ease and comfortable. No one likes going to the dentist but these people make it easy and painless. Highly recommend.

It was my first time visit after moving in Aurora. The staff and doc were all so kind. My visit was to fix the broken filling and the job was done well though it was pricy due to no dental insurance which is my fault. Nonetheless, they nicely offered a discount. Thank you so much for your good care. I will definately visit again.

My boyfriend was in severe pain over the weekend with jaw and tooth pain. I called Cleveland smiles over weekend. I got a call Monday AM and the Aurora office got him in right away. Most dental facilities I called would not take him or his insurance and would not even take payment via check, credit card or cash for their services love these people, wonderful staff and very caring. Recommend them highly.
