I am very pleased on the experience I have had with Northpointe dentistry. I have had bad experiences in the past with dental work and root canals. This time I got a root canal done Which i keep putting off for a long time. This time I had very little pain after the numbness wore off, the next day I was up and doing my daily tasks. Dr. Kaur's office is incredible, not only because of the professional service, but because of the charismatic staff. Aside from the professional service, I challenged myself to really connect with the people in my path and have conversation beyond the small talk. I shared about my mission to reach the south side of Columbus through Stowe Church. It is not common for people to experience someone walking up to them to share how Jesus loves them and how he wants to meet them wherever they are, regardless of their past. This conversation led to us having an extremely candid conversation about our families and how we used our struggles to continue to push forward.
The point of sharing this moment with my dental hygienist is to emphasize that you can go to several different dental offices to get your teeth cleaned with a side of small talk. Dr. Kaur has staffed her office with caring, compassionate, and courageous individuals. This investment in patients in addition to their health is something that cannot be matched.

The purpose of my first visit to Dr. Kaur was to get my crown replaced. However, instead of replacing the crown and making me to pay once again, she sent me back to my regular dentist. She also spoke to my dentist and convinced her on why the crown should be replaced. The crown which was of incorrect size and hence creating discomfort & pain due to food particles getting stuck in gaps, is now replaced and my problem is completely resolved. I never expected a support of such an extent from Dr. Kaur. I feel so grateful to her for resolving my problem. I now decided to consider Dr. Kaur as my family Dentist and I recommend her even to others. Thank you so much Dr. Kaur.

Friendly staff but I don't care to see them 4 times in 2 months. Came in to get a cleaning then to get cavities filled. I've had to come in 2 additional times to refill cavities that fell out immediately after leaving. The last time it happened, the dentist wasn't able to see same day bc "she went home not feeling well" -ew. I wasn't able to see the dentist again for another month. And had I not noticed my filling came out, I'm not sure what would have happened. Now I'm writing this review waiting in the dentist chair bc I'm wasting another hour of
my work day getting something done that should have been done right two times ago.
