If Super Smiles doesn't get a confirmation of your appointment the day(s) before the appointment, they will cancel it! I think they should make that clear to their patients when the appointment is made. I did not realize I had to reply to the automated text reminder for the appointment.

The kids always have a wonderful experience here. The staff is very friendly. My little one was scared and they made her feel happy and excited about her visit.

Charlatans! Stay away from these people! I went with my 8 yr old son for a regular cleaning and they told me he needs 3 metal caps under anesthesia !! (under anesthesia means anesthesia fee + dentist fee + an extra $500 just because the dentist goes to hospital).
Went to another dentist and found one small caries fixed the same day.

They recommended surgury that both of my kids didn't need! I have heard that they do this from multiple parents, but when the dentist told me what they "needed" and quickly set up appointments, it didnt feel right. I seeked out a seperate opinion. It was confirmed by other dentists that this was COMPLETELY FALSE!
