My first visit with this dentist facility as my dentist retired. I was treated with professionalism from the beginning to the end of my visit and the staff is all First Class. Great job Guys !

Dental arts of catoosa managed to work me in for a wisdom tooth removal & gave me excellent customer service. Everyone on their staff is splendidly friendly and won’t send you out of the door until you’re taken care of. Glad I found them, won’t go anywhere else now.

The dental assistant was very nice. She said they needed to take some updated x-rays. Also the dental hygienist that called out numbers did a good job and was friendly. They both stated my teeth looked good with no major issues that needed to be addressed at this time. The dentist came in and suggested I get a mouth guard. I told him I would wait until my next appointment. He said, well most people say that but then don't end up getting one. I'll just send the financial person in here just to talk with you about it. I felt that was a little odd because I had just said I'd prefer to wait. Next, the financial person strolls in with her clipboard and seems anxious to make the sale. She started her pitch by emphasizing, the doctor HIGHLY recommends you get a mouth guard and I've printed out a payment plan for you. I told her I would not like to purchase a mouth guard at this time. She powers on to say, it's just $400 after what your insurance pays for. I again said, no thank you. She then asked, well can I ask why? I couldn't believe this was happening and was wondering if other patients had to endure these high pressure sales tactics and bullied into buying this mouth guard and who's knows what else. I replied, financial and personal reasons. She started to explain how easy their payment plan was and this time I sternly said, No. She was clearly upset by now, and I felt I had done something wrong by not purchasing this device. I later discovered my wife and two coworkers had the same occurrence with this woman. I usually would give them 5 stars but was really taken aback by the aggressive unprofessionalism that day.

The entire staff was professional, careful, very detailed in providing me with what will be needed to maintain a healthy smile. I would recommend this professional office for you dental needs.

I broke off a piece of filling, and it was stuck between my teeth, kinda hard to take, I called my dentist and they told me that they could get me in in three weeks, I called Dental Arts of Catoosa, and got an appointment the next morning. I am impressed with everyone I delt with today, and there were a lot of individuals in the office that took care of me. I highly recommend DA of Catoosa!

Everyone was SUPER friendly, helpful, and comforting. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere and encouraging music. I went here in an emergency situation (broken tooth), but they have earned my full business from here on out.

This is the only dentist office I’ve ever felt I’d actually return to and feel safe. The whole staff is so nice and so very understanding of my anxiety which is very very high. They tell you every step they’re going to do next so you aren’t in the dark and they are very comforting. 10/10 will be coming back.

I have been going to the dentist every 6 months for the past 40 years. Every appointment I am told that my teeth and my gums are looking good. Because of an insurance change I had to pick a new dentist. Amazingly, at this evening's New patient appointment the dental hygienist tells me that I have horrible gum disease and an infection. I have no pain, No swelling. They tried to convince me that I had to sign up for a deep cleaning.. I asked them why is this the 1st time in 40 years that I've heard this. I would strongly not recommend this dental practice. I think that they are trying to Increase revenue.
