Lifetime Dentistry of Chickasha

I had an appointment to be seen today for two molar extractions
When I booked the appointment I believed that during the process I’d be able to have nitrous oxide (laughing gas) as an option to calm my nervse. My doctor informed me that 'gas' wasn't an option because she was pregnant.
Although I was apprehensive, I wanted to get the necessary procedure done so I just said "forget it let’s move forward with it". Before the procedure I mentioned that it would take a lot of novicaine for me to not be able to feel the pain because I had a high tolerance to it.
After 10 or 11 shots in my mouth I still wasn't completely numb. The dentist proceeded to work on me and after breaking a tooth off, and telling me she wasn't going to be able to get the rest of it out, informed me that I needed to go somewhere else to be put under to complete the extraction. Currently I have a wiggly back molar that is beat up by utensils and I have half of my top upper tooth missing with an exposed nerve. Soon after leaving the dentist, the Novicaine wore off QUICKLY and I was in pain!! They didn’t call anything in for me, they left that up to me .
They referred to an office that is BOOKED TIL OCTOBER!
I feel I was treated poorly and with disregard. Although I'm glad that she stopped when she realized she wasn't qualified to complete the procedure, there was no apologies or effort to easy my discomfort mentally or otherwise. I feel she should notify her patients that she is unable to administer gas due to her pregnancy, which I respect, but many people such as myself expect that, as they are nervous to go to the dentist in the first place.
I think the staff is great there, and my experience today was definitely a disappointment.

I’m very pleased how quickly your office was able to get me in on my emergency. They were also very professional and sympathetic. I have not gone to the dentist in a very long time. Finding a dentist you feel comfortable with is extremely hard. I’m happy I have found you guys. My mouth is very happy too.

The staff upfront were great and sweet, however beware when you go in the back for your cleaning/examine. They are very unprofessional and dishonest.
