Gentle Dental Edmond

Overall the dentists and hygienist were great, however I have had multiple appointments for a crown placement. I believe it was somewhere around 5 crowns that didn’t fit and over 6 months of waiting for an appropriate crown to be delivered. The dentist told me twice I’d likely get a refund or discount, but I never did. I even spoke to the manager and she ensured me she’d take care of it and let me know. I am very glad he didn’t just stick an ill fitting crown on, but the time it took the lab to get the crown right was pretty excessive.

I am still also waiting on a return of credit to my card. I overpaid and have a positive balance. I have asked 3-4 times for the overpayment to be refunded, and I’m still waiting.

I've been going to Gentle Dental since my arrival in Edmond 3 1/2 years ago. They take good care of their patients. They are kind and professional, and one employee even took me to my car when I'd taken it in to get new tires! Talk about above and beyond!

I have had several teeth pulled and been in pain long after they were removed. Gentle dental in Edmond pulled 2 teeth and almost no pain the very next day. They did an awesome job and I'm not easily pleased but everyone there was so nice and the dentist has an unbelievably calming affect!!! Not ever going anywhere else. Thank you, all of you guys!!!

The front staff, is informative and very nice. The staff here makes you you feel like they are apart of your family. Leticia was very nice, she made me feel As if i was one of her kids. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

I started going here a few years ago and they have always been great!!!! My wife has been going for 6+ years and she has always had a wonderful experience there. Everyone is nice, polite, professional and they truly care about you.

This was my first visit with this place. I scheduled an appointment for 2pm on a Monday, I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment I was completely ignored when I entered toe lobby, finally after the 2 receptionists finished talking about vacations with a client, I got the paperwork and filled it out, I was taken back pretty quickly. The assistant came in and took dental xrays, told me it would be a few minutes until they would be back, 30 minutes went by and I could hear everything going on and noone had come in, and another 30 minutes went by still nothing, finally 315 someone else comes in to take me over to do the panoramic xray, I kind of felt like I was being ordered around by this person, afterward she tells me to go back to the room and wait! another 20 minutes goes by and all I can here is the staff talking about what they had for lunch and chit chatting, discussing overtime and then figuring out who they are going to send in to room 1 which is me! At this point I am fuming, so they send obviously the new girl in to deal with someone that's been waiting an hour and a half, I told her I scheduled this as a dental cleaning, which she informed me the hygienist leaves at 3 and we could schedule the cleaning for another day! I got pretty short with her, I do feel bad about that, considering it wasn't her fault.and finally the Doctor came in, didn't introduce himself, and gave a very insincere apology spent 5 minutes in there and that's it, I went back for the teeth cleaning a week later, and it went well but really doesn't make up for the first experience. My husband was scheduled the next day and his experience was much better than mine, so I thought maybe mine was just a fluke, he paid for an expensive at home dental kit they said would be in, in 2 weeks. 2 weeks goes by and no call, he calls and they say call back in a week, so he does, everyone is out to lunch a message was taken to call back when they returned, a few hours go by he calls again and the same person that took the message that didn't know all of a sudden knew? It would be in, in a couple of days, he calls again and is told it was delivered to the wrong place, and some one was going to pick it up, they will call him. The next day they call at 11am and say they have it, they close for lunch from 12 to 1 he shows up waits, 1 come around and noone is back, they unlock the door at 103，I can not believe how horrible this experience was, we won't be back! A little bit of communication goes a long way especially if someone waits an hour and a half after their appointment time for 5 minutes with a doctor! I don't write negative reviews, but this was probably the worst medical service I have ever dealt with.

I have been going here for years and I would recommend going here.

The staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. Doctor Howell has gone over and beyond to take care of some very difficult dental problems I have. I definitely will continue to receive my dental care from Gentle Dental and highly recommend them.
