Don’t come here for Invisalign. Had my first appointment December 21st for trays. It is now almost March and they just now submitted for the trays. No reason, just got lost in the files. Have rescheduled 2 appointments and each time they ask what if I can help them understand what is going on and both times I have explicitly said my first appointment they took pictures and scans and all I’m waiting on is trays. I’ve taken time off work for appointments like this. I was referred here for the dentist and the cleaning was fine but for orthodontics go somewhere else.

I can’t say thank you enough to Dr. Nguyen for taking time out of his day to just look at my daughters mouth and make sure she was okay after having a traumatic morning at her original dentist office and a thank you to his assistant Gail she was super sweet and friendly overall great experience and happy to say that I’m moving my kids dentist office
