The staff is wonderful! Friendly and very welcoming. The doctors are very professional and personable. Any questions or concerns have always been addressed immediately until I was satisfied. I would recommend this team of wonderful people to anyone.

The staff and Dr. Underwood were excellent. My last dental experience with another dentist was awful. After that I was very nervous going to get my fillings. I didn't even realize how nervous I was until afterward when I noticed my hands were shaking. Dr. Underwood was very professional, gentle, and quick. The staff made an extra effort when my daughter (age 7) was there for her first cleaning and check-up. All of the staff engaged her and made her feel very comfortable.

This is the best dentist office in the OKC area! I switched to Crossroads even though it was a considerable drive from my house and it was the best decision. Dr. Faulconer and the staff are very welcoming and the dental care and treatments are exceptional.

Wasn’t the nurse was very disrespectful and trying to argue with me I asked in the office manager would be there they said she was out to lunch then I get to the front to make my copayment and they’re trying to overcharge me and I told her to run my card for $50 so I can pay on a different card the rest of it she runs the whole thing on my card after I told her don’t do that then she thought it was funny and was laughing in my face they had me thinking I was crazy but once I pull that videotape and I post my video I want a public apology I do not recommend anybody coming here.

I had a small cavity filled today and was done in less than a half hour. I was thankful that the procedure didn't require novacaine ! The staff was exceptional as always and Dr Dias did a great job! Thats the reason I'm a long-term patient!

I've been going to Doc Underwood for about 18yrs. And you couldn't show me a better dentist. He is a root canal Guru. Promise u won't be disappointed. Called on Tuesdays cracked a tooth . Set up apointment for next morning . And had a permanent crown on I was out of there in 1 hr 45 min .they make the Crown's there in the office

The gentleman that did my extraction was amazing he new how old i was when i received every filling all the way back to the age of 6 i didn't even feel the numbing agent i have never not felt that sharp pain from the needle nothing from this man definitely a professional by far the best Dentist ive ever seen in my life im 38 i will never let anyone other than Crossroads Family Dental for the rest of my life work on my teeth thank you to the receptionist to the Dentist to the nice lady that helped the Dentist amazing service
