I was so nervous going to this appt but knew I was in the right place as soon as the hygienist and I began. The staff up front was great as well. Next was Dr Shirley’s turn, he gave me all my options. We talked about what his professional opinion was and what steps he would do and why he would want to do my plan this way. We discussed my plan so thoroughly that we ran out of time to do anything with my dental work. I really wanted to know a lot and he was in no way letting me leave without fully understanding all the whys I had. Next was the financial part of my plan. I spoke with Jennifer and she was absolutely wonderful!!! I start my plan in about a week and am so excited to be working on my smile with this team!! I have already referred numerous family and friends as well. Thank you to all the staff members that dealt with me and never got annoyed . You guys ROCK!!

Dr Shirley's office staff is always welcoming and I never have had an unreasonable wait time to be seen. Dr Shirley takes time to talk to you and doesn't make you feel rushed like some doctors do. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I hate even writing this because I would never hurt a business intentionally. But i feel the reception was cold/unprofessional and I was charged $35 dollars for canceling my appointment after telling the receptionist I was throwing my guts up. This is the first time I’ve ever canceled a appointment with a dentist or doctor. I would never cancel a appointment for a silly reason but you can’t really go to a dentist appointment while having a stomach bug. I wanted to reschedule right away or ask them to work with me for a later time that same day if I felt I could go with out getting sick later but the receptionist I spoke with was pretty adamant about losing me as a customer. I was very polite and professional to the receptionist and asked her to send me the bill. To add insult to injury she asked me when I’d like to reschedule after issuing me a the charge.
Writing this makes me sad because Dr Mark is a very good dentist and very professional. He runs a very clean practice. I’m just upset with the treatment by the receptionist I spoke with and the policy.
