The place is great (outside looking in). Really nice, great staff, good part of town, etc. I got a couple different treatment plans from them and couldn’t afford the out of pocket expenses. They quoted me $1600 on a crown, putting me at $960 out of pocket. I went to my normal dentist and am paying $400 out of pocket for the same service. I’m not really understanding the substantial price difference.

No one likes to go to the dentist, especially me. And if you saw the state of my teeth you would know the truth of that statement. But the way our teeth are designed, we need to have regular check-ups, and have fillings and root canals and crowns and other things done to them. It saves a lot of pain in the long run. So if you need a good dentist, this is a pretty good place to dry.

I had a GREAT experience here. I have been putting off going to the dentist forever, now I have no clue why I waited. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was an emergency (to me) wisdom tooth extraction. I was done in about an hour. Also, it was extremely affordable!

This place is horrible. We’ve had to redo and fix botched dental procedures. Problems include improperly fitted crowns as well faulty diagnosis of other issues. I’m sure many of the good reviews on this site are from “family and friends. “

Been avoiding the dentist for years!! Had an emergency and needed help. Dr. Hieger and his wonderful staff got me in and welcomed me with open arms. Within 2 hours, he had me fixed up and out the door! Best experience i’ve ever had, I will be back to do follow up work.

Rock star treatment from the moment I stepped in the foyer until my check out. The customer service exceeded my expectations from the warm greetings to the offers of a warm towel, neck/back massage in the chair during the treatment. I was provided with a comfy chair in the billing office and given a thorough explanation of my bill. This practice is innovative and cutting edge but has not lost sight of treating its patients like family.

This is a lovely place with kind and accommodating people...who also have an instant-messaging system that is not always used in the intended professional manner. Remember to close the messaging window before leaving the room so that your patients don't read what you've been saying about them. :)
Dr. McNair is wonderful though, and so are their hygienists.
