My experiences with these people has been first-rate. Like any business dealings you need to state your complaints-if any. Dr Sloat is a very very skillful dentist; easy to talk to and shows a genuine interest in you as a person. I've been in the Invisalign program for 2 years and although it's working I really wouldn't recommend it. The problem is, in my opinion, the alternative, which is braces, is worse yet. If you have crooked teeth may God have mercy on you because the cure is worse than the disease.

DIRTY CHEATS WITH UNETHICAL STAFF
I've been waiting two months now for a refund on a nearly $300 charge that they tricked me into paying. I think I've been more than patient with them, considering they're not even my dentist.
They might be ok at dentistry but I've had nothing but a disappointing experience with their billing department, which apparently has a lot of all-day department meetings and is severely understaffed... at least that's what they told me the last 5 times I've called and have been told to wait for a callback, which of course has never happened.

I will not go back ever again i went there to get a tooth pulled cause it was causing me pain that wanted to go away and instead they made my pain worse they i did get no pain med til the next day and i am in so much still i have my wisdom teeth pulled all 4 and did not go fill as much pain like i am now my regular dentist i use to see would have at least gave me 15 7.5 pain med and not 5 0.5 pain med i am very unsatisfied and i am still in alot of pain
