I’ve been going to QSD for YEARS, and for the most part, I’ve had a good dental experience until that is, I had a question about my billing. All of a sudden the office manager was “unavailable,” my calls/messages weren’t returned and they seemed to stonewall every effort I made at getting any information. Now I’m left with hundreds out-of-pocket and my insurance advised I file a grievance. I guess it’s time to look for a new dentist as well...Dental work: good, office management: TERRIBLE...
**UPDATE** (6/4/20): With some delays (mainly due to pandemic) management was able to reach out and resolve the issues I had. Despite this one unfortunate misunderstanding, I would still recommend Quail Springs Dental Care.

I have nothing negative to say about this place. We are always greeted very politely and offered a bottle of water every time we have a visit. We usually get right in with little to no wait time. Been very happy with the care my son gets from Quail Springs Dental!

This office is amazing. The front desk is so welcoming and kind. My hygienist was gentle and really was compassionate and Dr. Sloat is amazing. BEST dental experience I have ever had. Thank you quail springs dental for an amazing experience.

I have been an Invisalign patient for about 6months, I love the Assistance in office. I can honestly they make me and my son feel like family when I'm in for an appointment! I appreciate the kindness throughout the whole office sometimes I don't want to leave. I would like to wish everyone a Happy Holidays , see you in 2017! I always have a pleasant experience at QSDC! The staff are always friendly and patient with me. I love that they take the time to explain the treatment plans and pricing. My dental hygentist (Annie) and Dr. Hunter are both absolutely amazing! Although I always DREAD going to the dentist, they are great about making me comfortable while there! I highly recommend them!

Quail Springs Dental is fantastic, and I will certainly recommend them moving forward. Holly was great and made the appointment easily the most coherent, friendly, and professional I’ve experienced. Dr. Hunter was straightforward and honest, even more so thorough. Lastly, Lacretia made certain I had complete understanding of my care plan, and easily answered any other questions. I will not be going anywhere else as long as I live in OKC.
