The Dental Hygienist Valerie was very skilled. She had such excellent, state of the art, equipment. She carefully looked at an area that had bothered me about a week before. She showed me what the problem was and that everything was OK now. She is excellent!
Dr. Domian is very smart and though I have not gotten to the place where I need her expert work, I am sure she will do an Excellent Job.

Such a great experience!! My insurance was running out at the end of the month, and they worked me into the schedule in record time. They were so kind, showed me x-rays of my teeth, and explained one filling I needed. It was refreshing to actually get a clear explanation of the filling I needed and why, as other dentist I’ve been to have potentially pushed unnecessary work without clear explanation. The filling was totally painless. I really enjoyed chatting with the hygienist and the dentist. Everyone was so kind, plus the office is adorable. I felt so relaxed the whole time! Couldn’t recommend this dentist more.

They take their time to answer all the questions you might have and explain what they are doing to your your teeth, which I really loved. Dr. Domain and staff were very friendly. Gave me options other dentists haven't. I didn't have to wait long at all and that was great.
Update. I've never had a dentist office call me to reprimand me for attempting to correspond between two offices in order to get a situation resolved. Yes, I was frustrated, and I explained to her office what was going on, that I was on my lunch, and my appointment with the OTHER dental office was in less than an hour. Key point: MY FRUSTRATION WAS WITH THE FORMER DENTAL OFFICE NOT DOMAIN. But Dr. Domian took it upon herself to call me and tell me that I was out of line talking to her staff like way that I did, even though I was telling the person I was was talking to what was going on with the other office! I've never felt so disrespected and insulted by a professional! She kept interrupting me when I tried to talk, even though I respected her enough to remain quiet throughout her chastising me. I am thoroughly disappointed, especially after giving her such a great review a couple of months ago. I will be looking for a new dental office.
1/06/22- in response to your reply, I was at work and I was not yelling nor using profanity. The dentist calling me and talking to me as if I were a child is UNACCEPTABLE, especially when she had no idea what was said. So please don't make me sound like some unstable person when I'm not. Tell the truth.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Domian this morning. Dr. Domian and her hygienist Valerie were very professional, very kind and very good. The entire staff made me feel welcome and in very capable hands. It was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr.Domian and her staff to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.

My visit at Domian Family Dentistry was wonderful! The staff and Dr. Domian were wonderful and available for an early morning appointment prior to work which was great! Valerie is an amazing hygienist and my teeth feel great. Dr. Domian and Valerie are both very knowledgable, personable, and honest. Everyone has a warm smile when you walk in and it was a pleasant visit. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Domian and her team are fantastic! I called them in a tremendous amount of pain due a failed root canal // crown attempt by another clinic. They got me right in, took care of the pain and provided excellent customer service and insight as to what my options were. It was an unpleasant situation that turned out great thanks to their team of full of awesomeness! I will be taking my family here from now on.
