Love this place! Super professional and the staff (front desk, technicians and dentist) are always super friendly, helpful and eager to answer any questions I have. Dental work is almost never fun, yet these ladies and gents mastery of customer service and customer care make going to the dentist enjoyable! Definitely recommend!

The upmost professionalism, knowledge and thoroughness! I was welcomed by a warm and amazing front office staff that turned me over to Dr. Primley, which was very personable and also very clear and concise about what he was performing on me throughout my initial appointment. Loni the dental assistant was soo attentive and friendly throughout my visit as well..Stellar duo! Dr. Primley asked me about my concerns and priorities with my dental health and provided me with a fantastic breadth of useful info. So refreshing to have access to such quality Doctors, that know how to communicate in such an efficient manner! This is hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dentist in my lifetime. Extremely friendly staff who were very kind in accommodating me completely forgetting about my appointment with them. They do a thorough examination for your intake and explain the entire process and what they're looking at along with some detailed photos of your mouth. Very happy with the whole experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. This dentist office and its’ entire staff thinks they’re a general practitioner of medicine and will judge you from here to heaven for your blood pressure even if you have a documented medical history of stress indicted blood pressure readings. They also took my corporate insurance info three times, then billed my husbands VA insurance instead. I will never go back - incompetent from top to bottom.

I have not been to the dentist for years. Awbrey Dental Group was very professional and helped me create a plan for upcoming work. In the past, I have stopped working with dentists because I didn't feel like I could trust them. The staff at Awbrey did a very thorough examination and explained why I needed work done and showed me specs, rather than just telling me what needed to be done. I definitely recommend working with Awbrey Dental!

My husband scheduled a series of appointments here after he was told by the front desk that they accepted our dental insurance. After his first appointment, he received a larger than expected bill and called the office (this was within 24 hours of his next appointment). Turns out they actually don’t take our insurance, and when he cancelled the appointment he had for the next day they also charged him a missed appointment fee- despite the fact that it was their mistake that caused him to have to cancel. They then charged him late fees on top of the missed appointment fee that he should never have had to pay in the first place.
Very disappointing, unethical, and unprofessional billing practices!
He said the office seemed good otherwise, hence this not being a one star review.
