PureCare partners with the nonprofit I work for to provide volunteer care to the low-income patients we serve, which is why I go to there for my own care. Dr. Fix and Dr. Cadwell are kind, knowledgeable, and are clearly committed to giving the best care to their patients. Knowing that they serve the community pro-Bono makes me feel trust in their work and their honesty, and comfortable in their care. I’ve seen a few different hygienists here, and they’ve also been lovely to chat with and do a great job making sure your questions are answered and needs are addressed. I appreciate what they do and will continue to get my dental work done here.

The Pure Dental Team went above and beyond the call of duty to repair problems associated with a lifetime of grinding and a more recent acid reflux condition that degraded my favorite teeth. While it wasn't a pleasant procedure, it was in all respects necessary and they made it as comfortable and efficient as is humanly possible, under the circumstances. I would highly recommend Pure Dental and their staff of highly trained, qualified professionals to do an excellent job when conditions merit a profoundly difficult procedure. I'm currently wearing two temporary crowns and they fit perfectly. I haven't had this much pleasure simply chewing and biting in quite a long time, so I can't wait for the new, permanent product.

5/5 stars! I love pure care dental. They are flexible with scheduling and have a great membership that is better and cheaper than dental insurance. They are also so kind; if you have dental visit anxiety I would definitely recommend making an appointment.

I was a patient at Pure Care Dental for many years. It seemed like each time I went in there was a new "associate." I had a crown done and when the crown failed, I went back in. Another new "associate" replaced the crown. To say it was a huge ordeal is an understatement. I was always current on my cleanings...I loved the hygienists. When the crown was redone, I still had problems with the tooth.
Unbeknownst to me and also apparently to the "associate," there was an abnormality on my x-ray. This abnormality was never mentioned. I have since relocated and am seeing a new dentist in Washington. My Pure Dental x-rays were sent up to my new dentist. It turns out that abnormality was resorption, which is actually kind of serious. If it had been spotted on Pure Care's x-rays, a root canal would have solved the problem. Unfortunately, the area has grown and I am now looking at a several thousand dollar tooth implant after a bone graft.
My husband always saw Dr. Caldwell and never had a problem. It did seem like Dr. Caldwell was having trouble keeping partners in the group. I don't know why I didn't start seeing Dr. Caldwell so I guess I am somewhat to blame.
I do not recommend Pure Care Dental.

The front staff was very friendly and kind, even though my appointment was at the end of the day! My hygienist Brittany was extremely knowledgeable and uber friendly! 5 stars, wonderful experience, would absolutely recommend.

This is the first time I went to Purecare Dental. Everyone was very nice and patient with me and dealing with my anxiety about dental procedures, which was greatly appreciated. They took the time to show and explain what they were planning to do and made sure I was comfortable with it.

When I got home it dawned on me—I did not try and reschedule, I did not dread going, I did not have anxiety. After a few years of seeing the best dental hygienist Callie (sp?!) my dental anxiety has all but disappeared! Wow! That’s says a lot! The rest of the staff and my dentist are wonderful as well. And I appreciated the Dental membership plan when I didn’t have dental insurance. Have nothing but good things to say!

This was the best dentist visit I have ever had. Dr. V is super friendly and easy-going. The dental assistant and hygenist were both great. They were prompt and efficient. Plus, I didn't feel like I was getting a gloom and doom report of all the things my teeth needed. It's important to me to not feel like a dentist is just saying I need work because he wants my money. I trust this dental facility and I'm happy I found it!
