Made appointment in December 2019. Informed staff that I have new insurance group, same carrier. They
were strongly encouraged to find out if insurance started first of year. New appointment was held off until January 6th so this could be accomplished. Showed up today after two hour drive to find out they did not check, abshad it in their system that I was not insured. Now I have a two hour drive back home. Another two hour drive next week. ....I just wish someone would have. Taken care of this as promised.
