I’m terrified of dentists. Absolutely terrified. So terrified that I avoided going to a dentist for over 10 years. Before walking into Rimrock Dental, I was scared and totally embarrassed about the probable state of my teeth. The staff here was amazing. Nobody ever made me feel bad about my avoidance of dental work. I never felt any pain. I’m actually glad that I went to the dentist! Couldn’t recommend Rimrock Dental more.

Would highly recommend visiting Misty! I have a history of bad gum issues and have left the dentist in tears on at least one occasion. Not only has Misty helped to improve my gum health, but she has never made me feel bad (e.g., telling me I don’t floss enough), and she always makes sure that I am physically comfortable during cleanings. I no longer dread going to the dentist :)

Best dentist I have ever been to. Friendly high class staff with all the latest tech in the dental industry... Rimrock is out of network with my insurance so I have to pay more to go here and it is worth every penny, got a shot and a filling today, never felt a thing....

I have no complaints about the actual dental work I received—the staff was nice and the work I had done seems to have been done well. I first went in for a new patient exam / consultation. After the exam I scheduled a cleaning and to have a couple fillings redone and a cavity filled. I was in a position where I couldn’t afford to have more than a few hundred dollars worth of work done so I did not schedule the doctors full recommendation. I had the staff give me an estimate for the work and chose what I could afford to take on. I was assured by the staff that if their estimate for the portion of the service that would be covered by my insurance was incorrect, it would only be off by a few dollars at most. That was not the case. I ended up paying a couple hundred dollars out of pocket more than what was estimated (and more than what I could afford to pay). I understand that estimating insurance coverage is not an exact science, but I was given the impression that the estimate was close and there wouldn’t be a big difference in cost. If the provider of a service is taking a shot in the dark at giving an estimate I believe the customer has the right to know. If I had known it may or may not be another $100 or $200 on top of the quoted amount I would not have had the work done.

From the start Brianna makes you feel like family, then the staff is genuinely friendly, concerned, and empathetic. Money these days seems to have taken over the old school customer service mentality. Not here, each step of the way was explained in detail and the prices were explained in a way I could understand the value of what was being done and why. Darla is amazing, she takes the edge off immediately and walks your mouth thru the process before your reluctance has a chance to figure out what just happened. I'd hire her away if I could for our business. Also, cash customers (that be us, the uninsured) can, at times feel less important and brushed off to the side, once again not here. Dr Jade has somehow put together a crew second to none. I never complain but instead try always to offer commendations but my visit here compelled me to write a review, thanks Doc and work family!
