Lonn is a warm, compassionate person and add in that he is extremely competent makes it a pleasure to visit the Dentist. From day one, Lonn told me to raise my left hand if there is any pain. After 8 years of visiting him twice a year including one crown, I have yet to raise my hand. His staff from the front desk to the dental hygenist Tracy) mirror Lonn's attitude, relaxed and interested in making each patient as comfortable and welcome as possible. I would highly recommend Lonn Robertson if you are loooking for a good dental experience.

Couldn't ask for a better dentist and staff. They are so warm and welcoming. The hygienists are very gentle. Dr. Robertson is always smiling, laughing and whistling a tune. It's more like going to a spa than a dentist. I always leave feeling so relaxed.

What a great, friendly staff! My mom had a crown that was sensitive and had been bothering her for several months. Her previous dentist could not find a problem with the tooth. Dr. Robertson worked late one night to fit her into his schedule and found significant decay under her crown. He not only fixed that tooth, but found -and corrected- bite issues on another crown. Her teeth and bite have never felt better. It's great to have a new dental home!

I have a typical Oregon mouth with little or no minerals in my teeth and more metal and fillings in my mouth accumulated over the years than I have enamel remaining. I've been in many dental offices over the years including military dentists and in several other states. I have never experienced any where near the level of professional care that Dr. Robertson and his staff provide. I actually look forward to my dental appointments and recommend them to anyone wanting great care.

I'm so glad I switched to Tracy and Dr. Lonn. The whole team there is just that...a team. A great ensemble of professionals who also have a great wit and sense of humor.
I chipped a tooth a month ago and waited until short notice before my next cleaning to call and see if I could have that looked at. They told me to come in a little earlier than my cleaning appointment. Dr. Lonn filled the chip, and no one, INCLUDING THE STAFF, could tell which tooth it was! Great work!
