TruDentistry of Tigard

This is a long and very overdue review for this wonderful office. My teeth were in rough shape due to past eating disorder mixed with killer genes. I went searching for a dentist since I had moved up here and let me tell you, I struck gold with these amazing people. 🥰 All of them. Even people who aren't there anymore.

I had a lot of work to be done. And we know that dental work is not cheap, even with insurance. They prioritized what needed to be done immediately, and worked with me through the years to stay within my dental plan and keep moving forward on fixing my teeth. They never once make you feel bad, always up front about costs and at the end of the day really care about you as a person. ❤️

4 years later and 7 crowns, I am "done" with everything needing to be fixed. However, I will be a forever patient as long as I live here. I am just about to finish up my last tray of Invisalign with them as well. 🤩 In the time I have been going here, I have gotten to work with everyone. There isn't a soul here you wouldn't want to have to treat you. Dr. Weinberg and Dr. Nguyen and their dental assistants, Ashleigh and Sage are absolutely phenomenal. 🙌🏼 Then you have your front office ladies and the hygienists--They are all gems. This long rambly review is to basically say that no matter who you encounter here, you are in great hands. Go get your teeth cleaned and meet some amazing people. 😁🦷🪥

Due to having bad luck with dentists for the last couple years, I gave up on my teeth for a while. Once I started having pain, I knew it was time to go in. I came to TruDentistry and was so happy from day 1. The staff is all so nice and the office is very clean and welcoming. Dr. Nguyen took care of me, and from the beginning was so kind and helpful. She really strives to show/educate you why you need certain procedures done, which I really appreciate. I needed a root canal and was terrified because of all the horror stories, but Dr. Nguyen did great and it was all over before I knew it! She really put all my concerns at ease.

Would recommend anyone to come check them out!

What a WONDERFUL dental office experience! I went in to have some chipped bonding on my front tooth repaired, and to talk future options for a more permanent fix. The moment I walked in the door, I was met with genuinely friendly staff who knew exactly who I was. :)

While waiting for my appointment, Dr. Weinberg comes rushing in with Starbucks lemonades for everyone, including the other waiting patient, and me the new patient! I felt terrible declining due to my staying away from sugar, but I was just blown away at how amazing a gesture it was on the part of THE dentist!

All of the assistant staff were competent, friendly and engaging. It put me right at ease. And Dr. Weinberg was just so warm and friendly, and she knew exactly what needed to be done.

As if that weren't enough to keep me coming back for life, this is the FIRST dentist that seemed to genuinely want to save me money on the work I needed done. Dr. Weinberg quickly put together a plan to make this as easy on my pocketbook as possible. Simply AMAZING.

Our family started seeing Dr Weinberg and her staff last year after having a not-so-great experience with another dentist for years... The move to Dr Weinberg's practice was the best decision for our dental health. Her staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile-- and by name when checking in! Dr Weinberg offers sound advice and listens to your concerns. Highly recommend!!!

Finding a new dentist is tough when you’re new to an area and I’m so thankful my insurance approved a second opinion after visiting TruDentistry. Very nice people but my cleaning was not as good as I expected and in my exam they found a couple fillings to be done…. They didn’t give me my full “care plan” up front and the day my first filling was due I was told about the rest of the care plan over the phone when they called to confirm my appointment, which included a lot of fillings and work needing to be re-done no one told me about during my initial appointment. Needless to say, I canceled that appointment because of the distrust it created and sought out a second opinion, which found EVERYTHING to be normal and no work needed just a second cleaning in 6 months. I’ve now seen my new dentist twice once for a second opinion 6 months ago or so and today for my second annual cleaning, which I’m very happy with my teeth feel like they just got the works. To this day what TruDentistry had on my treatment plan was not necessary and my teeth are in great shape.

As my first experience with this practice, I called Dr. Weinberg's office for an emergency - a flared up pain in a tooth over a weekend had turned into a swollen cheek (clearly an infection) by Monday morning. Dr. Weinberg was able to see me that same day, diagnosed what I had feared (the need for a root canal), prescribed me antibiotics and scheduled the necessary root canal for the following week. Dr. Nguyen then performed the procedure with her trusty sidekick, Rascal, and they did an EXCELLENT job. Both doctor and assistant were top notch. Painless, and it seemed to be over much faster than I expected. Two weeks later, I returned for the crown, which was perfectly done and expertly placed. I have had absolutely zero issues with it since and am VERY happy with the results. The entire staff of this office - from the doctors to the supporting medical staff, front desk to accounting were extremely friendly, kind and great at their jobs. I would highly recommend them to anyone, as your new regular dentist or even if you just find yourself in an emergency situation as I did. Truly fantastic job, one and all !!!

Dr Weinberg is a wonderful and caring dentist. The staff, especially Rascal and Tonya are amazing. They are both friendly and efficient. I was made to feel very comfortable.

They got me in immediately when I called due to a broken tooth, did a thorough examination and worked with me to get my teeth fixed while staying within my insurance plan. The office is clean and it uses modern state of the art equipment.

If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend TruDentistry!

While working in the Portland Oregon area this week I developed a severe, mind numbing, debilitating toothache. This tooth has been a problem but I thought I could wait till next week to see my regular dentist at home. Nope. I found Dr. Weinberg's office and I am glad I did. The tooth needed to come out but due to outside issues, (mine) could not be done that day. Dr. Weinberg and her staff were able to provide an alternative that would keep me pain free till I could see my regular dentist next week. Dr. Weinberg was great, a pain free experience. I can now continue with the rest of my week. Felt like a new person.
If I lived in the Portland area, Dr. Weinberg would be my dentist. I would recommend her and her team to anybody. She has a great personality and her staff is also great. Deserves more than 5 stars!!!

I found Dr. Weinberg through my insurance provider and after reading some great reviews I called to make my first appointment to schedule a checkup and cleaning. I recently moved to Tigard and needed to establish a new dentist in the area. I received such great service over the phone and they were able to get me an appointment that fit with my schedule. It was so nice meeting Dr. Weinberg she had a wonderful sense of humor and was so friendly. Dr. Weinberg also helped me with a orthodontic referral, recommended some care options for my uninsured boyfriend and also was upfront with costs of some minor things I needed done. Lourinda was the nicest dental hygienist I have ever had! She did such a great job of explaining everything she was doing and why. I felt so comfortable in her care and enjoyed talking with her during my visit. To put a cherry on top I was given a warm cookie after my appointment. I am excited to go back for my next visit. Thank you so much Dr. Weinberg and crew!

This is the dentistry to go to. It starts from the moment you walk in with the friendly office staff greeting you and exceeds all expectations until you walk out the door again. Including the actual dental work. Extremely attentive to how you are feeling and also extremely gentle. Everyone here seems to want to be here and not just for themselves but for you too. I’m all about making people’s days just a little bit better if I am capable and they do that every time for me here. I drive 30 minutes and I’d drive even further because it is absolutely worth it. Thank you everyone that has helped me out so far you all make my anxiety with dentists much easier to deal with.
