This is a great practice! I’ve come in for cleanings and Botox. Dr Balin is fabulous! She answers every question you have thoroughly and in plain English, she’s so professional and helpful. I highly recommend coming here for your regular dental appointments and Botox or injections (whether for looks or to resolve pain).

After not having been there for over two years due to the pandemic, I went back today and was happy to find it was “same as it ever was”. Friendly, fast, and dare I say…fun? Dr. Balin and the team of hygienists have always had a great chairside manner, and today was no different.

If you live near Center City, this is the place to go to keep your pearly whites pearly and white.

I've been going here for a few years now and their services are always consistent and efficient! Dr. Balin always makes sure that you're comfortable and not in any pain as she does your procedures. The staff is friendly and the dental office is always clean.

This is the first dentist I have visited since my move to Philly and I am so pleased with them! They are so nice and professional, the facilities are clean and modern. It was honestly the best teeth cleaning of my life. Went back to get a filling and it took maybe 20 minutes and they were very conscious of my comfort the whole time. I will recommend them to everyone.

Every aspect of the experience was fantastic. Receptionists were informative, nice and efficient. Cleaning had a fun conversation to go along with it. Doctor Kansal is extremely mindful and thorough. She takes tremendous pride in her work / cares that you receive the best possible outcome. Having had a prior poor experience at another practice, the willingness to field my barrage of questions and afford me comfort in the process was awesome. Her assistant was great too (similarly precise and mindful)! Full recommendation.

Rittenhouse dentist is by far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. This place is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. All of the staff are very friendly. It’s easy to book appointments because you can simply text them, no jumping through hoops. When you arrive in the waiting area there’s coffee and water and even free wine available. There’s mints and tissues and magazines. In the restroom there’s an essential oil diffuser and the office even offer 03 options to keep you comfortable during your Visit, including a complementary hand paraffin wax treatment while you’re getting your procedure. Everyone’s very accommodating, and they take the time to explain exactly what they’re seeing on the x-rays or what they’re doing in your mouth at that moment. Have you ever had trapped… While your mouth is open getting a teeth cleaning? Probably. But have you ever had your dentist apply Chapstick to you to make you more comfortable? Probably not! I will go to Rittenhouse dentists for the rest of my life, They have certainly want me over.

Worth traveling for -

I moved to Chicago over five years ago and still come back every 6 months for my appointments at Rittenhouse Dentists. The facility itself is kept very clean and there is always a coffees, water and sometimes something more stiff for the ones who had a long day.

The real five stars goes to the staff. From the second you walk in to the when you walk out you’re greeted with a smile and pleasant personality. Certainly no need for me to find a dentist in Chicago anytime soon.

I'm a new patient of Rittenhouse Dentist and it was a very efficient process: Xrays + teeth cleaning in 30-40 minutes. I am a tea drinker and always have yellow stained teeth, and was suprised when I left with the whitest teeth I've ever had! Everyone who worked there were super friendly as well. For those that don't have dental insurance (me) they offer an individual plan that you can later add family members to that was very reasonable as well, which I appreciate.

Very caring and nice dentist. I love this new place I’m going to now. Works fast and makes sure your always comfortable. Dentist visits can make me very anxious but this place makes me very comfortable and eases my nerves. Definitely would recommend!

I had a procedure done to improve the appearance of my gumline, which actually made it look much worse and caused permanent gum recession. My concerns were communicated to the office on multiple occasions, but was never resolved. I'm now having gum grafting surgery to correct the problem. Finally, when I asked for my records to be faxed to another office, it never happened despite sending a records release form and calling the office several times.
I don't normally post reviews, but feel that other patients should be aware of this. I'm sure the office is fine for routine cleanings but my was not acceptable for my particular problem.
