My visit went as expected. I got my teeth cleaned and Dr. Jocelyn checked the cleaning, looked for cavities, and pronounced all is well. I have another appointment in three months.

I used to like her and her staff until they went out of network for PSU and deceived my wife and I by telling us that we would be reimbursed 100%. TOTALLY FALSE, she charges double the allowed amount under PSU insurance and you are stuck footing the bill. Refused to refund the overage between what she charged and what the insurance would pay. STAY AWAY if you have PSU insurance. Seems like greed is pretty common in the dental field!

My husband and I made a schedule one week ago for our first visit. When we visited, the reception said we were not scheduled because either I or my husband received a phone call and cancelled it. None of us ever got that call!! STOP LYING!!! Very disappointed.
